Mooi nieuw huis met prive zwembad, tuin en parkeerplaats. Het dorp Pigi is op 300 meter, de bakker en slager en een kleine supermarkt in het dorp.   Een grote supermarkt ligt op 3 km afstand en de LIDL Super 6km. Strand op slechts 5 minuten. rijden en de historische stad Rethemno 10 minuten. rijden. Bushalte op 300 meter van Villa Nova.

We had a great time at Villa Nova. Immaculate and fiited out to a very high standard. Surprised at the amount of 'personal' items in the Villa which felt very homely and not just a basic rental unit. Had everything and more you could want for a relaxing holiday abroad. Well located for Platanes and Rethymno town. Pool cleaned twice in the week. We would confidently recommend it to anyone.
