In a quite area, this luxury villa has a wonderful view over the sea and Esterel Mountains. Just renovated and decorated. 1600 m2 property with very nice pool area facing south. 1st level: Two bedrooms, each with x-large beds (one can be seperated into two) and direct access to the pool area with a spectacular view onto the Mediterranean. Two bath/shower rooms, a separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine and tumble drier. 2nd floor: Beautiful living area with fire place and satelite TV, large corner group and access to the a wonderfull southern terrace, a dining area, possibility of eating 8, access to a covered eastern terrace with large dining area with barbeque and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and american fridge. Master bedroom with x-large bed and a new marble bathroom. 3rd floor: Large office/living room with a bed settee and two office tables. Internet. Private parking. 10 min. to the centre of Cannes and 5 min. to nearest golf courses

Theoule sur Mer is an exceptional beautiful area with a local picturesque village, a small port, sandy beaches and red mountains with unspoiled nature. 30 min. from Nice airport and just a few minutes from the exclusive shops and restaurants in Cannes, with festivals and events happening. The villa is placed on a hill side which gives you a fantastic panoramic view overlooking the sea with Isles de Lerins and the Esterel Mountains. Cosy restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. Two famous golf courses within 5 min. drive. There is wonderful walking in the Esterel hills just above the village. Ferries run daily to St. Tropez from Cannes and boat trips run along the coast and out to the Isles de Lerins. You can enjoy innumerable leisure activities.

  • Payment and deposit.
    Please deposit 1/3 of the total amount on our bank account to confirm the booking.
    Final payment along with a refundable damage deposit of 1000 Euro has to be made at latest 4 weeks prior to your holiday beginning.
    The deposit will be returned immediately after our local agent notifying us that no damage/breakages have occurred.
    The rental rate include electricity and water.
    Bedlinen and towels can be provided on request at a cost of 40 Euro per double set. and 25 per single set. Please notify when booking and please bring your own beach towels.
    End of holiday cleaning is charged at 150 Euro assumes the villa is left reasonably clean with all washing up done and put away.

  • Cacellation -
    In case of cancellation, the deposit is only refunded, if there is more than two months until planed arrival.

Further details: We have a small library of DVDs for the use of our guests. The satellite TV is with most English speaking channels. There is one gated parking and public parking nearby. In the port of Theoule sur Mer, Port de la Rague and Port La Napoule there are plenty of boats to rent. The garden and pool is maintained weekly.

Golf information: The nearest golf courses are, Old golf course founded by the Grand Duke Mikael of Russia in 1891 and is the oldest golf course in Cote de Azur, here you have both 18 and 9 holes courses. Golf Club Cannes Mandelieu Riviera designed by the american golf architect Robert Trent Jones senior. Both only 5 min. away and 15 other golf courses within 30 min. drive.

Directions: If you have rented a car in Nice Airport, you have to take the motorway A8 direction Cannes and leave at junction nr. 40 Theoule sur Mer, go Bord de la Mer direction La Napoule and further, just after Port de la Rague you will reach Theoule sur Mer.

Beautiful and immaculate villa!

We spent a lovely vacation in this beautiful villa above the village of Theoule. The property is in pristine condition and beautifully maintained. The main terrace with a pool and lounging chairs allow for a very relaxing stay. We would gladly recommend this villa to friends. Cannes is just a short drive away and the village of Theoule has several nice restaurants and shops. There's also a national park across the way for hiking or biking. We look forward to our next visit.
