This villa is unique, it has everything. Not only does the villa have exceptional facilities the location is perfect. Unlike most communities in the Orlando area, the High grove Community has the benefit of having everything you need on your doorstep. There are several bars, restaurants, fast-food restaurants and a Wal-mart, all on the doorstep of the community, and has to be seen to be believed. The High grove community also offers guests free use of the larger pool. The villa provides an open-plan feel while pool area has a covered lanai to ensure you can enjoy the shade as well as the sun. There are 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. Kids would love this villa, as the games room has lots to do (Pool Table, Lego, PS2, Fussball), whilst one of the 2 twin rooms is themed specially for the young ones. Other facilities are:- high speed WI-fi (just bring your laptop); high chair free of charge, Mp3 docking station; cable TV; PS2; DVD.

The exclusive High grove Community has one of the best locations in the Orlando area. High grove is conveniently located on the intersection of 2 main roads in the area (the '192 and Highway '27). The location allows easy access to every attraction in the area, with Disney just 6 miles away and Universal Studios a further few miles away. Ever wanted to leave the car in the evening, and just take a leisurely stroll out for dinner and able to have a drink if you want ? Well now you can ! On the doorsteps of the community there are restaurants, fast food, bars whilst just few hundred metres down the road, there is the Cagan's Crossing shopping plaza. 24 hours Walmart is also conveniently located on the doorsteps of High Grove, it has it all !     If you book 3 weeks or more, during Mid or Peak Season, we will reduce the cost of the final week by 50%

    Pool heating charged separately at £10 ($20) per day (recommended April to October).
  • High occupancy (7 or more) will be charged £5 ($10) additional per night to cover extra costs of utilities (low season only)
    Travel cot can be booked at $35 per week
    BBQ can be booked at $55 per week
  • stays less than 6 nights will require an additional cost of £50 ($80) for cleaning.

    Non-returnable confirmation deposit required when booking of 20%, payable within a week, with the full balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Payment is by cheque, although other payment methods may be available upon request

    You can order a welcome pack (cost $50) to be there on your arrival to include: eggs, bacon, sugar, water, coffee, tea bags, milk, cereal, orange juice, bread. Very handy after a long journey before you stock up at the local WalMart the next day, just across the road - let us know when you confirm booking.

Walking Distance: Most communities in Orlanda require a car for everything, including just getting outside the gates of the community !! Not HighGrove which is small, and our villa is just a few hundred yards from entrance. Within easy Walking Distance there is an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants to suit everyone !! There is an newly opened Irish Bar on the doorsteps of community (but not too close as to disrupt the quiet and relaxing character of High Grove). There is also a Gator's bar, Chillies, Long John Silver within a couple of minutes walk. For the kids and all fast food lovers, you have the choice of McDonald's, Kentucky, Burger King, Taco Bell. The Cagan's Crossing Plaza has several restaurants including Chinese, a traditional American Style restaurant, Caribbean restaurant, bakers, barbers, etc, And not forgetting that there is a 24 hours Wal-Mart also within walking distance (1/4 of a mile)

High Grove Community: The High Grove Community is one of the most beautiful and unique communities in the orlanda area, with a beauteful meditterrean feel to it. The clubhouse is kept in immaculate condition for guests. Movies are regularly played during the evenings. A pool table is available if you want to challenge your skills against other guests (not forgetting of course there is already a pool table in the villa itself). There is a fitness room for those of you that want to keep your fitness levels up whilst on holiday. The large swimming pool is excellent if you want to do a few longer laps.

Directions: Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case we will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks etc. This is one of the best locations possible to give you easy access to all the resorts.

Other Activities: Disney is just 6 miles away, whilst Universal studios another few miles.

We enjoyed a week's stay in the villa in October 2009. The villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need and very well maintained. The pool was ideal and the kids enjoyed the games room which was well enough equipped to avoid any fights! By far, the villa's biggest selling point is the location - far enough out to be really quiet but just that bit nearer to the parks etc than other villas we have stayed in before.

The booking process was very straightforward, we were provided with all of the information necessary both before and during our visit and our security deposit cheque was returned very promptly.

The only contact with the Management Company was when a smoke alarm required a battery but this was resolved the same day it was reported.

We would definitely recommend the villa and would certainly hope to return ourselves at some point in the future.

Great vacation home

The house was very clean when we arrived. The towels were folded like you would see in a nice hotel. Very nice touch. The pool was great andthe gameroom was alot of fun. Its pretty close to all the attractions but not to close. Overall great house!

What a great holiday

I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and everyone, we had a wondefull holiday in florida with the villa as a perfect base. We LOVED the pool, the villa was beautiful and was everything the promotional property said it would be.
All the Disney theme parks are within easy reach, we also enjoyed the air boat rides on the route to the Kennedy Space Centre (which is a brilliant day out) and the trip to the Hard Rock Cafe (ask for a private tour) will be hard to beat. We had so many wonderful experiences it is hard to say which was the best. Great Holiday, great villa.

The villa is spacious,bright,clean and well maintained. It is located in a perfect location for Disney and has a wide range of restaurants and shops nearby. I liked the "Florida Glass" around the pool for that extra bit of privacy when having a lazy day in the sun. Communication with the owners before and after the holiday and with their reps in Florida during the holiday was second to none. Myself, my wife and 2 boys had a fantastic holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

The best holiday

We had a great holiday. The house was fantastic. We
really felt at home. There was plenty enough space with
four bedrooms en three bathrooms. And to have your
own swimmingpool was amazing.
The house was very clean and well maintained. We would
certanly recommend this house to our friends.
The only thing is if you are looking for a place where are
a lot of children to play with than this is not the place
for you. Not in the low season anyway.
The location is very good. There are a lot of restaurant,
shops en Disney World is nearby.
The playroom was also a hit.
This was one of our best holidays ever.
