An elegant luxury new 2nd floor apartment tastefully furnished, fully equipped and spacious. Immaculate throughout comprising two bedrooms one double one twin with fully fitted wardrobes in each. Two additional single raised aerobeds with fitted pump, sleeps 4/6. The bathroom has a shower, bath, WC, wash basin and a shaving point socket. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The apartment has an open plan lounge/diner with satellite television DVD and CD stereo and is also open plan to the sleek fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead out on to the balcony overlooking the pool and sea views with patio furniture for alfresco dining with bbq. Double bedroom has sliding patio doors leading to smaller balcony with table and chairs. Roof top area of Famagusta. The complex has a lovely communal pool with children pool (unheated) outdoor showers.Fully equipped Gymnasium and tennis courts for those wanting to keep fit. ground level car parking space. Located within the Kapparis area of Paralimni, only 2/3km from the town centre – more importantly only 20 mins walk or 3 mins by car from the beach. The apt is perfectly positioned, set slightly back from the main road whilst still within easy walking distance of the excellent amenities in Kapparis, including supermarkets, friendly bars, excellent taverns & restaurants, bakery etc which stay open all year long – not to mention the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea! Orphanides supermarket 2 minutes drive. Picturesque Paralimni town centre is a well-stocked, busy square full of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants amongst other amenities. The main focus of this region is a number of beautiful sandy beaches and bays, with crystal clear waters safe for bathing. The largest beach resort of Protaras is 10 min drive by bus or car and boasts many bars restaurants crazy golf etc. Ideal place to explore the local area including Northern Cyprus.

    Whilst cost of heating and Air conditioning is included in the price the running costs are very expensive. and we would ask when you go out of the house to please turn off the Air conditioning as it only takes a couple of minutes to cool the room once switched on again.
  • TERMS; 25% non refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance and deposit is payable 30 days before your arrival or if you prefer cash on arrival for your holiday. A security deposit of £100 is required to cover accidental damage/breakage to the property or its contents, of which will be refunded to you before your departure, once the apartment has been checked over by ourselves.
  • Late bookers:
    We welcome late bookers plus will make special payment arrangements i.e. cash on arrival at airport.

A car is very useful for getting out and about with so many interesting areas to see, including, Penera which has a nice selection of bars and restaurants, Protaras with the beautiful fig tree bay beach and the more lively resort of Ayia Napa only 15 minutes away.You can now access Northern Cyprus and see for yourselves the ghost town of Famagusta. We are also offering a pick up and drop off services for arrivals and departures to local airports at a reasonable fee. Please enquire for further details. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport to the premises. The apt is also ideally situated to accomodate hikers and walkers being in an ideal location. Check out Monarch, Jet 2 ,Cyprus airways, Thomas Cook, First Choice, Thomson Eurocypria etc for the many flights on offer.!!

Owners details: We will call as soon as possible after your arrival to explain appliances and give any local information requested. As English owners of the property live only 5 minutes drive away and are able to help with any problems. For stays of 2 weeks a towel and linen change will be made after 7 days on request, otherwise clean sheets and towels are present in the apartment. If you wish to play tennis please supply your own rackets. Please bring your own beach towels, all else provided. First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher situated on top of the fridge. Fire blanket on the wall in the kitchen. Please no Stag of Hen parties!!

The Local Area: You will find the local population here particularly friendly and welcoming. The area benefits from a very low crime rate locals still do not lock their cars! Hygiene and restaurant standards are extremely high, most food is grown locally and is extremely fresh. There are several tavernas in Kapparis that are 15/20 mins walk Major sports events including football are shown in the local bars on giant TV screens.

Other Activities: boat trips, golf 30 mins drive.

Myself, my husband and our 4 month old daughter stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is clean, modern, well furnished with loads of space which was perfect for all the stuff we had for our baby! The welcome pack is brilliant for weary travellers, we really appreciated it. The whole place was a lovely home from home which is just what we needed.
The pool is quiet and private, my husband and I could safely leave the baby asleep by the loungers and have a swim together!
The car was a really useful extra for nipping about in. The local bars, restaurants and shops were easily accessible as was a very nice beach.

We hope to stay again next year, many thanks!

Everything you could want (& a bit more besides!)

From the minute you walk into the appartment you know you are in for a great holiday as the scene that meets you is one of quality. The appartment was spacious, clean, well presented, tastefully decorated & more than adequately equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, including a few welcome provisions for late night arrivals! At the end of a very enjoyable 2 weeks, we were very sad to leave as we had settled in quite nicely, but we will be back next year for more of the same!

Great trip to Cyprus by Karl

My girfriend Gemma and I had a great time at the apartment, the decor and finish was first class. Having the car was a great bonus that afforded us the freedom to explore and roam which we had a great time doing.
It's idealy located for a quiet break the local village is within walking distance where you can have a great Greek meal at Tony's, or you can travel to Protarus 10mins away to liven things up or to really liven things up you can go to Ayia Napa 25mins away!
We're already looking to plan our next visit, big thanks to Sue for her hospitality also.

Great relaxing get away

Thanks Sue for your great hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, starting upon arrival it was nice to see basics in the fridge until we could find the supermarket. The kids were impressed with the pool and gym so we had peace there as well! The apartment was well stocked with plenty of everything and lovely and clean as well. Well located within easy driving distance to all amenities and yet peaceful and quiet away from all the action A lovely retreat and we had a good time especially BBQ ing in the eveings and then blobbing out infront of a dvd after a hard day of doing very little!
Thanks again for a great stay and we are already looking forward to coming back again in August. C U then, Kasia and family.

beautiful new clean apartment ,very tastfully furnished plenty of space , lift to floor very handy, overlooking pool , two sunny balconies,the car was easy to drive and park, local bakery close with large choice (too close - put on weight !!! ) .
plenty of restaurants and bars .Sue and Rick the owners live close by and were very helpful ,recommend this to anybody, couples or families .
