Modern warm friendly ground floor self-catering apartment comprising of living room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen including a range of appliances cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, etc. Two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes one with twin single beds and one with a double bed, Two bathrooms one with shower and one with a bath. The apartment also has a selection of outside areas including its own garden and private courtyard. This warm friendly apartment will appeal to couples, families, friends and people of all ages looking for either a short break to re-charge your batteries or a longer stay to get away from the winter blues. Only 10min from either the 5 star beaches of the Costa Blanca or 15min from the world class golf courses. This rich vibrant area like the apartment has much to offer including for the young and young at heart water parks, shopping trips, boat rides, bars, night clubs, etc and for the not so quiet young quiet beaches, relaxing cafes, gentle walks.

The Costa Blanca lies along the South East coast of Spain and literally means the ‘White Coast’. Towns such as Benidorm are greatly favoured by the tourists and provide many excellent facilities as well great beaches. If you are looking for a beach-based break then you will appreciate the clean, sandy beaches that the area has to offer and the wide variety of watersports available up and down the coast. If you like getting out on to the open water, then you may wish to take advantage of the wide variety of boat excursions on the Mediterranean or Mar Menor. The luxurious La Manga resort only a short distance away has three of Europe’s finest courses and has played host to five Spanish opens. The Costa Blanca, Costa Azahar and Costa Dorada along the east coast also offer a wealth of good courses interspersed among this busy coastline’s popular tourist
