Cosy, typical apartment (70 m2) situated inside a very small and peaceful hamlet with only 6 holiday apartments. Particularly beautiful and extensive views of the hills. Peaceful position. Large outdoor area with olive trees and to be shared: large sun terrace near the swimming pool (16x7), round swimming pool (2.5 m diameter) with club house (dining room with kitchen corner, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room). Large barbecue. Parking with parking space reserved for the guests of the apartment. Access to the property along 100 m of unpaved road. It is possible to book the accommodation for 4/5 sleeping spaces under the name TUTERE 5: in this case the outbuilding will not be made available Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 8 km Todi (all kinds of shops), one of the most beautiful historical centres in Umbria, 22 km Orvieto, 50 km Perugia
