The vacation rental building called L'étoile is located in the heart of South Beach in a very quiet street at a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the Beach. This historic building is composed of only 4 apartments: 3 of 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom and have a private pool and a nice garden behind the small building. The building offers parking, is secured by fences, intercom system and a video cameras. This 650sq ft 1 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated in June 2006, it is on the upper floor, and it is spacious, comfortable and comes with a large terrace perfect to relax. This unit will perfectly accommodate up to four people (there is one extra sofa bed/futon). The living room is full of character with a chimney and a nice over sized cathedral ceiling and comfortable and cozy furniture.
