Luxury three bedroom villa, 200m from the beach with private pool situated in Vale de Garrao between the well known resorts of Quinta de Lago and Vale do Lobo. The villa is in a front line position with sea views. Access through its own gate onto the 10,000 acre conservation park which leads to the beach. On the ground floor, a fully fitted modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge freezer with ice maker etc. A spacious open lounge with log burning fireplace, 42' plasma screen, dvd and satellite television. Dining area with large 8 seater table leading to two bedrooms, both with side by side single beds and new en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor, an exquisite master bedroom - suite - with king size bed, fireplace, double sofa bed and new en-suite bathroom. There are also glass doors opening to a spacious patio giving access to the roof terrace with dining space and sea views.

There are an abundance of activities for all ages available on the beach and great waterfront restaurants serve lunch and dinner with fresh fish and delicious Portuguese wine year round. The area makes a great place for a family holiday or a romantic, sunset holiday for a couple.

we spent an excellent week, beginning of june, in this villa. The villa is very spacious and well equiped. We were 6 adults and a baby and all had our privacy. We had already several holidays in the environment, but this is an excellent location. It's a quite neighbourhood and the beach is in walking distance (15 minutes), Vale do Lobo and the beach provide good restaurants. From the garden and the roof terrace, you overlook the nature. We will certainly return!

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Portugal made all better staying in this fanastic villa. It is stunningly decorated, in a magnificant location and has all the facilities and space you could need. We were overwhelmed with the standard of the villa and Vale du Garro and will be most definately returning. Thank you Roger and Sue for making our stay as relaxing and tranquil as you did especially given we had our 2 year old daughter with us, your advice and willingness to provide a cot, highchair and swimming pool accessories was so generous, she had a ball and spent all her time in the pool and having dozes watching kids sky when we needed a break!! The BBQ and BBQ area was also great and we watched some wonderful sunsets over the nature reserve and ocean with a cocktail on the stunning roof terrace! All in all 5star absolutely!!

A stunning villa and well equipped for all your needs, The villa is decorated to a very high standard. Located in a beautiful, peaceful area of Vale de Garroa/Vale do Lobo
Very clean and loads of space. Big terraces and a nice pool Beautiful bed- and bathrooms. Especially the bedroom on the 1st floor with a lovely balcony. Also the roof terrace has a nice view. The contact with the owners was very pleasant.All in all it’s a great villa to holiday in and is, in my opinion, extremely good value:

Wonderful villa in superb location

Great villa in a superb location near the beach. Tastefully decorated, with a smart drawing room/dining room on the ground floor - 3 good sized bedrooms with one being a very spacious master bedroom on the first floor.

The location is excellent - 5 mins drive from Val de Lobo and the Quinta estate, and walking distance to the beach and Marias, a superb fish restaurant right on the beach. As a keen golfer, I was delighted by the range of golf courses nearby - San Lorenzo, the two Quinta courses, Val de Lobo etc.
