We offering a pleasant relaxation area in sunny Spain, you be living in a peaceful holiday home. That has a solarium and a front terrace. Comfortable furnished inside, the lounge / dinner provides plenty of space, together with many home comforts, there are also 2 bedrooms a galleria fully equipped kitchen and a bath shower room. Facilities include washing machine, ironing board, bed linen towels and tea towels are all including the price. Bars and Restaurants are just a short walk away, the beach is about 10 min walk away, shops and supermarkets are near by to.

My week in Spain

I must say that we were very well looked after.
Everything we asked for was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The house was comfortable,close to the beach ,bars and resturants which meant we did not have to go far for anything. The pool was within walking distance from the house.
We hired a car and were able to explore the surrounding areas popping into Torrevieja and going to Categena.
The weather held up for us which was a bonus especially after the miserable weather we have had in UK.

Holiday in Punta Prima

Villa was ok but the beds were uncomfortable and 5th bed was a camp bed the pillows were very uncomfortable the pool and roof terrace was lovely and the villa was clean. You need a car. We will not be visiting this area as did not feel safe after dark. Daniel and Charlotte
Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to complete the feedback form with you kind comments relating to the apartments cleaninless and the pool area. It is only when guests take the time to do this can we address any issues and then further improve our service. We have found that in many Spanish houses bought for letting they provide beds which are not as comfortable as in the UK as they have to be replaced at regular intervals. Also if I had know that the pillows were not satisfactory I would have provide new ones immediately.
I would also agree that when in a new area it is always better to hire a car for exploring our beautiful Costa Blanca, however I must point out that it is difficult if not impossible to hire a car without a credit card or driving license and being under 21 makes it difficult to insure the car. So I would bear this in mind when travelling in the future. Michael

Alles wie im Prospekt angegeben. Sehr saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft. Man hat alles, um sich unabhängig einen schönen Urlaub zu machen. Man sollte sich aber einen Mietwagen am Flughafen mieten, um flexibel sein zu können. Der Vermieter ist vor Ort und hilft einem völlig unkompliziert bei allen erdenklichen Fragen weiter. Für Golfer-Interessierte sehr interessant, da mehrere schöne Golfplätze schnell erreichbar sind. Rundum nur zu empfehlen.
Owner's Response: Gern bin ich unseren Gästen bei der Buchung eines günstigen Mietwagens behilflich.

Es war wunderschön und sehr erholsam - schöner Pool, die ruhige Lage und supernette Nachbarn. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Besonders auch die tollen Ausflugstipps des Vermieters. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!!

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprachen den Tatsachen.
Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand.Der Verwalter war sehr nett und in allen Fragen ansprechbar.Wer gerne GO-cart fährt,ist hier genau richtig.
Es sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.Samstags ist Markttag.Auto ist auf jedenfall vorteilhaft.Kann man auch über den Verwalter vorort buchen.
