This is an absolutely stunning Villa ideal for self catering & families, set in beautiful established gardens & grounds with a large heated mosaic tiled swimming Pool. Grand entrance with courtyard and fountain. It sleeps 6 to 9 comfortably & consists of 3 separate double bedrooms. Upstairs 1 double bedded room, 1 shower room with 2 basins, Separate WC. 1 double Sofa Bed on Mezzanine. Downstairs 1 Double Bedded Room, 1 Twin Bedded Room, Bathroom with Shower & 2 basins, Separate WC. Utility Room with Washing Machine. For comfort & relaxation there is a 'snug' with Fireplace, WiFi & Media System, this leads from the lounge and dining area. The kitchen & lounge opens directly on to the Pool patio area and all bedrooms overlook the Pool, there is additional seating in the lounge/dining area and dining table and chairs under the covered terrace overlooking the Pool. Sunloungers, Garden Furniture, Parasols etc and Beach Towels all provided as one would expect from a Villa of this Quality.

Very easy and trouble free drive to Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Pampelonne beaches and Saint Tropez. (avoiding the main coast road in the busy summer months)
