The property has a fully fitted kitchen, large double bedroom, full bathroom and a balcony with views to the sea and the Desertas islands. There is parking in the garage below, if you wish to hire a car and explore the island.

Shops and restaurants are all close by and eating out is not to expensive in Madeira.

This lovely modern apartment is ideally situated for easy access to all amenities and shops. Near to buses which run from Caniço all over the Island so no necessity for car hire. Just 10 minutes away from the gold courses of Palheiro and Santa da Serra, they offer a pick up service. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of this apartment in either direction some formal some more casual, try Italian, Chinese ,Indian and the wonderful local fish or kebab.

Other Activities: Ten pin bowling is available in the shopping centre.
