New 5 * 2 bed ground floor apartment situated near the Globe Roundabout in Albufeira, close to all amenities and facilities. This is a new complex comprising of four gated condominiums, each with a main pool and a kids pool. The apartment has a cool under ground parking space. It is fully equipped with Siemens appliances and has Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. It is close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and bars. There are a number of top golf courses with in a short drive. Also located near by is a Zoo Marina, Aqua Land and Slide & Splash.

The Apartment is located on the Algarve in the beautiful town of Albufeira. The town is divided into two parts, the 'Old Town' with it little cobbled streets and alleyways full of restaurants, shops, bars and an unique tunnel that opens on to a golden beach. The other half of the town is known as the 'Strip' which runs from Montechoro down to the beach. This is the newest part of the town with restaurants, shops, bars, and great night life. Albufeira is also close to a number of top Golf Courses all within easy reach. The apartment is a short walk to the 'Strip'.

Leisure Activities and Attractions: There is plenty to do to keep you occupied during your stay in Albufeira if you do not wish to spend your time by the pool or on the beach. You can book a Jeep Safaris, or visit Zoomarine, Splash and Slide, Krazyworld and Aqualand. All can be booked from reception on the complex. A visit to the Algarve shopping centre with its 130 stores, 45 fashon stores and hypermarket 9 cinemas, 12 bowling lanes and free parking is also recommended. You can also visit nearby towns such as Monchique, Silves Lago Portimao and Vilamoura all with their own unique features.
