Villa Sereia is a private luxury air condition 7 bedroom fully detached villa with large heated pool & garden. Located just 2 mins drive from beach, outside the quaint fishing village Olhos D'Agua. Quiet & peaceful, only 5 mins from well known resort Albufeira. Easy access to all amenities. Although the area has become very popular, the traditional fishing community has survived & u can buy fresh fish from its fish market or pop down to 1 of its fantastic restaurants & enjoy the sea air, amazing views & great food at affordable prices. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for children & diving board for the more adventurous. Leading from the living room is a spacious covered balcony with BBQ & outside bar with table & chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. it's ideal for large families who wish to stay together yet have their own space with plenty to do. Geographically central of Algarve you're never too far from all the amenities, ie Albufeira, Algarve shopping complex, Algoz, Almancil go-karting & all of the tourist theme parks, ie Zoo Marine, Aqualand, Slide & Splash, Krazy Golf, Villamoura 5 Golf courses & many more golf courses. Glorious beaches ie: Valencia, Praia dos Tomates &d Maria Luisa. Albufeira has many bars & restaurants of a variety of nationalities to suit all tastes. For nightlife lovers Albufeira is a must. You can party until the early hours. Both Albufeira & Vilamoura marinas are nearby & worth a visit. Vilamoura offers daytrips on Catamarans as well as shopping & Casino. The Moorish town of Silves is a quick drive inland where you can visit the Castle and take a tour of the Cork Factory. Alto is a quaint traditional unspoilt village up in the mountains, 25 minutes drive away, which offers picturesque views & excellent restaurants & traditional craft & art shops.

  • Although Villa Sereia has 6 bedrooms we recognise that up to 14 people living together for 14 nights can become challenging! We have catered for this by providing 3 separate totally independent living areas. The upstairs part of the villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom & a well lit open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room. The sitting area has leather sofas & an open log fire. Outside it has its own terrace. it has an internal staircase that can be locked & an external stairs with a front door and large open terrace, BBQ, table & chairs, sun beds etc. Downstairs you find three bedrooms, two bathrooms with separate large sitting room, leather sofas & large modern marble logfire. Dining room & kitchen with ice making fridge/freezer, dishwasher washing machine. Also downstairs a separate studio double room, en-suite shower and kitchenette. Its own front door & integral connection can be opened or locked. Villa Sereia's flexibility makes it great value & affordable!

Notes: Villa Sereia is situated on a large fully detached plot in a residential resort, walking distance to 3 restaurants and local shops. It proudly boasts four large palm trees that provide great shade for young children to play and shelter from the strong midday sun or to sleep away that great piri-piri BBQ and a couple of bottles of cold beer laying on a cool stretch of grass. If your feeling energetic then try the outside table tennis which is great fun for all ages. The game is played with wooden rackets and tennis balls (rackets provided). The rules of table tennis can apply. The L shape swimming pool is an entertaining centre all on its own. It has a diving board with a 3.5 m depth leading up to a shallow end of 0.75m. The L shape starts at 0.75m to 0.4m making this part perfect for very young children or not so confident swimmers. After your swim or a visit to the beach you may like to rinse off under the outside shower before retiring to the sun beds with a cold drink.

We choose this location and villa for a special joint birthday celebration for all the family and close friends,we needed space and a variety in activities..the villa offered all this.The villa had plenty of room with home luxuries,was kept very clean and offered modern facilities which added to a very enjoyable stay...Albuferia old and new offered something for everyone, we enjoyed the old town with its old square and live music with great resturants whilst our younger adults enjoyed the clubs and music of the new town..The beach was very nice and clean without being to commerialised.
The Villa is ideal for large groups as we found with 13 of us staying,we would recommend to others and will probably use again ourselves..Price was very reasonable and booking was made easy by Jose as well as transfers and car hire that again was sorted out for us..
The only down side to the villa location was that you did need car hire as not many bars or shops within walking distance.

A very enjoyable holiday for all of us.

An absolutely stunning villa - beautifully finished and furnished, loads of space, good deep pool. 10 lads on a stag do had a great time! 15 min walk to beach but bars on the way to break the journey!

They've thought of everything - for example Portugese and English plug sockets throughout!

Villa Sereia is a fabulous villa, located in a quiet location that is a short walk or cheap taxi ride from all the local shops restaurants and beaches.
The villa is spacious, clean, well decorated and all the facilities are great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from. Pool is lovely. Overall the villa is well looked after. Would reccomend this place to anyone!

Just wanted to take a moment to write back and say what a fantastic stay we had at this Vila. There were 14 of us on a stag weekend and booking was easy and straightforward. The accomadation itself was perfect being just a short walk from the beach and a quick cab from all the nightlife is perfect for large groups. The bbq was never off and the pool was great. Will be booking again next year for sure. Wanted to say a big thanks to Jose and the crew for making our stay most enjoyable.
