Beautiful cosy outbuilding (95 m2) in a villa in a panoramic position on the side of a hill (250 m a.s.l.) in Grottaferrata (all kinds of shops). Peaceful position. The outbuilding is located in a residential area, in the upper park of the garden of a villa where the owners live and which is surrounded by a private garden (200 m2) with trees that is equipped (sun umbrella, table, chairs, barbecue). In the area below there is another garden (200 m2) with swimming pool (11x4) which is shared with the owners. Access to the accommodation by means of a stairway with 50 stairs. On request baby equipment is available: (highchair, car seat, pushchair, playpen, baby-basin and baby-bed). Parking. DISTANCES: Approx. 20 km from Rome, which you can reach in 20 minutes by a convenient train. 1.5 km Frascati, 12 km Castelgandolfo and its lake, 30 km the sea, a few minutes by car from the lakes of Albano and Nemi. View of Rome that reaches as far as the Tyrrhenian Sea.
