Characteristic, old stone-built house (240 m2) situated on a hill (450 m a.s.l.) just about 1 km from the medieval castle of Tordibetto. Beautiful view of the Rocca di Assisi and the plain. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by an equipped lawn inside a 2.2-ha property with olive groves, barbecue and remote-controlled gate. Covered parking for 4 cars. Access to the house along 100 m of dirt track road.
