Typical Umbrian-style farmhouse made up of only two apartments situated in a hill full of greenery and near an ancient castle of 1100 that has not been restored and is outside the property. At the bottom of the valley at approx. 800 m as the crow flies passes a motorway of which you can hear a slight rustle. Broad, panoramic views. The apartments have their own reserved outdoor area as well as a large lawn of approx. 2000 m2 where you can find the swimming pool (4x8) in a secluded and reserved position and which is shared. It is possible to go for beautiful walks in the uncontaminated natuare. It is possible to book the accommodations together under the name VALLEY. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available. Central heating.
