Ancient stone-built farmhouse situated on a hillside amidst the olive tree groves & vineyards. The property which has recently been renovated and transformed into holiday apartments and divided into 2 units one of which has been subdivided into 3 apartments. One of the apartments with terrace is situated on the first floor & was once inhabited by a family of farmers; two are located on the ground floor & have been created from the former farming rooms each with their own equipped outdoor area. Opposite the house and on a higher level is a lawn that is shared between the three apartments with swimming pool (12x5) & with beautiful view of the towers of S. Gimignano. Peaceful position. The road ends at the house & continues on into pathways (indicated in various guide books) for going on walks through the splendid countryside around S. Gimignano. All of the apartments have satellite TV. Small shared laundry room on the ground floor. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available.
