Beautiful and spacious farmhouse now a holiday residence, situated in a panoramic position on a hill (350 m a.s.l.) that rises above a gentle, very green valley, south east of the very famous town of Todi. Peaceful position and beautiful, broad views. The house is set inside a private property of 24 hectares, 5 of which are wood groves, with the possibility of going for pleasant walks. In front of the house is a pretty lawn with other equipped areas with barbecue as well as a large open terrace of approx. 200 m2. A few meters from the main house is an ancient renovated hayloft (locked and not inhabited). Large car park, remote-controlled opening.
