Beautiful panoramic villa (250 m2) set on a hillside (270 m a.s.l.) in the heart of the Sabina with beautiful views of the surrounding hills surmounted by picturesque medieval hamlets such as Casperia, Cantalupo and Poggio Catino. Offers excellent peace and quiet. The villa is surrounded by 10 ha of olive tree groves where the swimming pool (6x9) is located in a panoramic position. The villa is situated in an area where excellent olive oil is produced with the possibility of purchasing it from local producers. Parking.
