Photos and Description of this Sierra Nevada Town holiday apartment Newly furnished, close to supermarkets, Ski lift just 120 metres away

This modern apartment is in the Monte Oiz 2 apartment block on the upper level of the Sierra Nevada Ski resort town centre. Parking is easy and there are several lifts up to the apartment floor. The apartment is a typical Ski apartment and it is all brand new and comfortable. You enter into the apartment into an extra wide hallway where there are folding wall beds which can sleep two people. Into the lounge, there is a dining area for up to six, a 2.2 metre long sofa-bed (for two people) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with either a bunk bed or two single beds (please request when booking). The bathroom is modern with high pressure shower over the bath with plenty of hot water. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and is independently controlled within each room. The views over the town are amazing from the lounge. White cotton sheets, towels and blankets are all provided. Internet ADSL may be hired if required.

This apartment is located in a newly built apartment block called Monte Oiz 2. This is located part way up the hill leading away from the main town centre. As you enter the town the apartments are on the right hand side. There are two supermarkets nearby and free parking is included within the building. The 15 minute walk into town from the apartment is very pleasant either following the winding road down, or by-passing this and making use of the various stairways. Alternatively the quickest route would be to take the ski lift from the nearby ski station. The apartment is slightly elevated above the lower level town centre apartments which give it the advantage of having the most spectacular views over the town and mountains. Many of the good restaurants, popular bars and discos are mainly located on the upper levels of the town.
