Detached house situated just one minute walk to Ornos Beach. Shared swimming pool. Air-conditioned. High quality external construction and design. Mykonian architecture with high wooden logged ceilings. High quality internal marble floors and double glazed windows and doors. Fully fitted quality kitchen. Plenty of external terrace area at front and rear of property fully planted and protected by two large pergolas. Just a one Minute walk to Ornos Beach which has tavernas and bars and a few minutes to Ornos Village which has supermarkets, a 24 hour bakery, pharmacy, greengrocers and fishmonger. Minutes from transport services of buses and water taxis. Although Ornos Beach has many facilities, it is peaceful both night and day.

One minute to beautiful Ornos Beach where the tables and chairs of each Taverna are set out on the sand. Ornos Beach is family oriented and all other South coast beaches can be reached by water taxi or bus or car rental all available from Ornos Beach. Ornos village is a few minutes walk and has everything that you need for a self catering holiday such as Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Butcher, ATM and car rental. Mykonos Town is a 10 minute bus ride and has many restaurants and a confusing maze of streets where you will literally get lost!

    Deposit - A 30% deposit will be charged. If a booking is less than 6 weeks before your holiday then the whole amount is charged.
    Damage Deposit - €300 will be added to the main invoice and which will be refunded within a maximum of 6 weeks of departure subject to there being no damages.
    Booking period - Minimum of 7 days and Maximum of 1 month.
    Payment - all payments are taken via any Bank Debit or Credit Card and for which there is no added fee.

Notes: Kitchen: Is a modern fully fitted kitchen with all fitments and contents for a party of up to 6 persons. There are two external Terraces totalling 80 m²: At the back of the house is a large terrace facing East towards the pool. A large Pergola has protective protective canvas with climbing Bougainvillea . The view is to the pool. There are two loungers and a large oak table. At the front of the house are two parts of a terrace facing West. One part has a small table and chairs and has a Pergola. The other part is protected by a high wall and has extensive Mykonian seating with canvas seating. We like to set up tables at the front of the house for early evening drinks and watch the sun go down. We then set the candles and seating at the rear of the house for an evening meal. All tables and chairs inside the house are suitable for outside use.

Getting to Mykonos: Fly directly from Gatwick to Mykonos with Easyjet - Flights for 2010 start 28th April and continue until October. Please aim for Friday flights.
