This beautiful luxury villa offers you superb living accommodation, with tantalising glimpses of the golf course, and the opportunity to sample the real Florida. Only 2 hours from Walt Disney World, but a million miles away in terms of peace and tranquility. On the Gulf coast it's more about the boating, the fishing, the beaches, and the golf. Speaking of which, we can arrange FREE UNLIMITED GOLF for 2 adults and 2 children under 14, on all of the 4 golf courses which make up the 81 holes of the Rotonda Golf & Country Club.....that's Long Marsh, The Palms, The Hills and The Links. There is a single £30 admin charge and then all you need to pay for is the cart if you wish to use one. That's UNLIMITED GOLF and the only cost is the cart fee.

This beautiful luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom family holiday villa is situated in Rotonda West, on the Gulf coast on the Cape Haze Peninsular, on the South West coast of Florida, approximately mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Rotonda West is a residential area of upscale homes with 6 golf courses and numerous lakes and canals within its boundaries. It is a designated wildlife sanctuary which boasts an abundance of lush sub-tropical foliage: home to an array of Florida wildlife including bobcats, turtles, alligators, armadillos, raccoons and a huge variety of birds. Being close to the sea Rotonda West invariably has the benefit of gentle inshore breezes, providing welcome relief to the Florida summer humidity. With plentiful golf courses, stunning beaches, fantastic wildlife, and an array of attractions nearby, surrounded by numerous restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities, the villa is ideally situated to enjoy all this area has to offer.

    A Stay of less than 7 nights attracts a £50 prep charge.
    All bookings will have a £200 security deposit added to the final invoice. This amount will be refunded within 14 days of your departure from our villa, subject to a satisfactory post-stay inspection report by our management company.
    A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance, plus the security deposit, is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

    Payment is acceptable in either GBP or USD.

  • Both of the en-suite bathrooms attached to the master suites are equipped with double vanity units, large jacuzzi bath, large shower cubicle, WC and hairdryer. Bathroom 3, situated between the double and the twin bedrooms contains a single vanity unit, bath with shower over, and WC. Bathroom 4, which can be accessed directly from the pool deck, contains a WC, wash basin and shower cubicle.

  • There are 2 master suites, 1 with a king-sized bed, 1 with a queen-sized bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, easy chairs, ample closet and drawer space, cable TV, radio alarm clock, and double french doors leading to the lanai and pool area. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedroom 4 has twin beds, and both of these bedrooms have built-in cupboards and a dresser with drawers and mirror. The den/TV room has a sofabed which converts to a double bed for additional sleeping accommodation. All bed-linen and towels are supplied, and the villa will be fully prepared for your arrival.
