Casa Pinnaroo is located in Pinares De San Anton only 7km from Malaga City Centre. Set in a national park of San Anton you are perfectly positioned for both a city break or a quiet country retreat. Immerse in the culture of Malagas numerous museums and indulge in its wealth of restaurants or just lie by the pool and rest. Even the beach is only a 5 minute drive away in historic El Palo fishing district. You can walk the mountains of San Anton in the morning, retrace Picassos life in the afternoon and party in the city by night, all from Casa Pinnaroo. In winter even the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are only 1.5 hrs drive away. It is comprised of 2 houses connected by a central courtyard in traditional Spanish style. The pool is 13m in length, acclimatised and totally private. Family friendly, furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard with balconies and terraces giving views as far as Africa. There is private parking for 3 cars and plenty of garden space to relax in.

The villa is set in the National Park of San Anton.Unbelievably the park is within Malaga City limits being only 7km from the main city Cathedral and Calle Larios, the main shopping street.Outside your door is the campo for mountain walks, 3km away are the city beaches, yet Malaga's restaurants,at your fingertips.Cultural museums and galleries are plentiful yet the theme parks of Torremolinos and Belamadena only a short drive away. Visit Picasso's museum in the morning, lunch on the beach, take a quiet walk in San Anton by the villa in the afternoon, a swim in your private pool followed by dinner in Malaga at night.In Winter from the villa you can ski in the Sierra Nevada one day and still eat on the beach the next. If you need a trip to Puerto Banus its just over an hour away by car.Day trip to Madrid in 3hrs by train,visit the Alhambra,1hr by road.You can have it all from Casa Pinnaroo or you can just enjoy the privacy and facilities without a anything else.Malaga airport - 20km

  • Rate includes welcome pack and bottle of wine.To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable. A security deposit of 500 GBP is required with the final booking payment which is due 12 weeks before arrival date. Additional deposit required if guests wish to use the treadmill and rowing machine.
    Owners may accept payment in Euros however this is by arrangement direct with them and in advance.

  • The bathrooms within the house are a mixture of Marble, Terracotta and traditional Andalucia mosaic tiling. All are fitted to a high standard.

  • Bedroom 1 is commands the most fantastic views over Malaga City. It has an ensuite wash basin but not full shower facilities and so must use the shower from one of the other rooms. A small price to pay for such a stunning view! Bedroom 6 is in the form of a sofabed connected to bedroom 5 and so if it is issue the occupants must share the wash facilities (full Shower room ) with those in Bedroom 5. If it is not in use those in Bedroom 5 have the luxury of a living room connected to their bedroom. There is also a small kitchenette attached to these rooms making it superb for a Nanny/Au Pair, giving them freedom to themselves. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are in the main house whereas the others are across the courtyard in the second house.

Notes: Casa Pinnaroo is made up of a main house and smaller house (casita) with 3 bedrooms in each. Only separated by a courtyard with alfresco eating and outdoor kitchen, it comes equipped with a first class main kitchen.Integrated fridge, dishwasher and luxury chefs range for cooking.Fully equipped for entertaining, there is also a kitchenette in the Casita (ideal for an au pair).The pool is a huge 14 metres long and in summer reaches temperature above 30 degs! There's a 14ft trampoline in the garden and full size table tennis table for guest use. A treadmill and rowing machine are available by request (additional deposit for usage).Wireless Internet is available but as we do not provide a telephone please ensure at least one member of your party has a mobile. A car is essential (space for up to 3 parking at one time). Outdoor terraces for relaxing in or out of the sun.Eat by the pool, on the main terrace (shaded), in the courtyard (retractable shade)or inside, the house its your choice.
