Beautifully decorated two bedroom, one bath condo one minute walk to beach. Ocean, mountain and sunset views. Beach/surf theme. Large private patio with built-in bar and barbecue. Gorgeous beach known as 'world's safest beach.' Great for surfing and boogie boarding. Quaint town two blocks away offers wonderful restaurants, brewery, wine tasting and shopping. Great town to walk or borrow our bikes. 42' LG LCD HD television with Yamaha surround sound, DVD player and iPod hook-up. Sleeps 6. Queen bed, queen pull-out sofa and double wide bunkbeds. Two heated pools and jacuzzi.

Carpinteria is a quaint town 10 minutes South of Santa Barbara. The condo is a one minute walk to the beach and it is two blocks from town. Safe town where you can give your kids some freedom. Excellent restaurants including Giannfranco's Trattoria and Sly's Steakhouse. Island Nation Brewery has amazing beers and is a fun place to hang plus no need to drive! Cork Tree Wine tasting/restaurant is a wonderful new addition. Great shopping including several surf shops, boutiques and many wonderful antique stores. Nature park and estuary across street from condo. Hiking and biking trails. Gorgeous beach known as world's safest beach. Lots of water activities including surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, whale watching, sailing, etc. Everyone loves Carpinteria and once you have visited you will fall in love as well.
