Shared: spacious outdoor area with olive trees, sun terrace near the swimming pool (16x7), small round swimming pool (2.5m diameter) and club house (dining room with kitchen corner, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry facilities). Large barbecue. Parking with reserved parking space.
