Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure rental with balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 refundable damage deposit is required with final balance. All cleaning costs are included within rent when a minimum 7 night stay is booked. For stays of less than 7 nights cleaning costs will be in addition to the rental price. You are required to vacate the apartment by 11a.m. on day of departure. Access to Beach Club and all pool areas are included.
  • Property available for long term lets between Oct and April. Please contact to discuss rates.
  • Nearest airport is Almeria. Flights are available to Almeria ( approx 40 minutes drive from apartment) from Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Gatwick, Glasgow and Belfast. There is a new toll road from Murcia making traveling from Murcia airport quicker and easier. Murcia airport has daily flights from most UK airports. Daily flights are also available from most UK airports to Alicante.

Beach Club facilities for all guests are included with access to the Spa, sauna and fitness room. There are numerous outdoor pools including one children's pool. All of the pools are within easy walking distance. Access to the beach is safe via an underground walkway. We have 2 lightweight aluminum sunbeds to use at the beach or around the swimming pools.Our Beach Club membership entitles all guests to 20% discount on green fees and a 10% discount on pro shop merchandise and pool side food and drink.

The Beach Club: Playa Macenas Beach and Golf Resort is the only new resort development in Andalucia to benefit from extensive coastal frontage. Over a kilometre long, its beaches boast fine sand and warm, tranquil waters which are ideal for water sports. The magnificent Playa Macenas Beach Club offers first-class facilities. Residents will have access to an attractive outdoor pool with 1st class changing rooms and showers. Another attraction is the spa,with its Jacuzzi and sea views.There is also a lounge and terrace bar and a large sun terrace with sun loungers and shades. The Golf Clubhouse and Playa Macenas Customer Care Centre are also located at the Beach Club.

Leisure Activities: There are a great variety of leisure activities on offer in Mojacar; various water sports to be enjoyed on Mojacar's blue flag sandy beach, canoeing, horse-riding, microlite and ultralite flights, quad bike hire, windsurfing, banana and sausage rides, water-skiing, sea canoes, kite flying, scuba-diving and snorkeling to name but a few. A fun day for the family can be enjoyed in the beautiful surroundings of the Aqua-Park situated in the district of Vera. There is also a Go Karting track just outside of Mojacar on the road to Turre.

Golf: The 18-hole, par 68 golf course, designed by Enric Sanger offers first class golf plus breathtaking views down to the sea. The course combines indigenous species of vegetation with the green of its fairways and greens, making it seem like its continuation of the gardens.The course has been designed to challenge and reward golfersat all levels and boasts an original layout with natural and man-made hazards that provide an added challenge to each round. There are also the facilities for one to one tuition and a professional tutor for advice and lessons. The other nearby Golf Courses include Desert Springs,Valle de Este and Marina Golf.

We had a lovely holiday - very relaxing. The apartment was really close to The Beach Club, which had a great pool and bar area. It was a very safe place for our children (age 3 & 9). There was a beautiful view of the sea from the Beach Club. There were five pools on the resort which were very clean and very safe. The apartment was of high quality with everything you could need. It was also very clean. The air conditioning was a big bonus. The town of Mojacar had some lovely shops and great restaurants. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and we will go again.
We found the booking process simple and the owners were very helpful.

Lovely holiday apartment on Golfing resort . Beautiful complex quite area couple of miles from the main Majorca Playa .
I feel a Car is necessary .Some excellent restaurants in the Playa . Le Bistro is a must to try
Owners gave very clear directions from the Airport and every thing in the apartment was of very good quality . Helpfull staff on site and very secure .I would recommend this resort for anyone looking for a quite holiday and wanted to be a bit out of the main town .
