Eliki Villa is a luxury brand new villa in an ideal location for a great family holiday. Mimossa beach is only a 2 min walk away,where you can swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. With its shallow waters its ideal for small children. The villa offers a secluded swimming pool with beautiful straw parasols and plenty of sunloungers for everyone. The outside patio area has a lovely granite dining table with seating for all and plenty of shade for al fresco dining. Furnished to a high standard,Eliki has air con throughout. The villa has an open plan lounge area with seating for 8, dining area + 37' flat screen TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you will need for your perfect self catering holiday. Located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite ideal for people who cannot manage the stairs. Separate downstairs toilet and shower room. A further 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor, 1 double with ensuite, 2 twins all with balconies.

Nearest Airport: Larnaca International Airport (35 mins) at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
The closest beach is Mimossa beach which is approx 200m away from the villa. There are also 4 more loverly sandy beaches within a 10 min walk,where water sports are available. On the coastline morning boat trips are on offer for a reasonable price.The main strip in Protaras with all its night life, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops is only a 15 minwalk away. Aiga Nappa with its water park and the small traditional town of Paralimni is only a 10 min drive away. Cyprus has the perfect climate,the summers, with long hot days and warm nights,and the winters are mild. A local convenience store is over the road, but if you require a supermarket it is on the bus route. A regular bus service runs from Paralimni to Aiga Nappa for a small charge you wont have to walk anywhere. The position of the villa means that you do not need a car, but if you do like to explore, car hire is not expensive. You can also hire beach buggies, bikes and scooters which are great fun.

  • This is a brand new villa in a much sort after area. It is not our policy to take security deposits, however accidents happen and the client will be held responsible for all breakages or damage to the property. All incidents must be reported to the villa manager. A deposit of 20% is required when booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of departure.
  • Prices for Eliki Villa are per week in UK pounds. The price includes weekly cleaning service and welcome pack. Long term winter lets are available on request.Reduced rates are available for stays over 1 month (not available June to September) Special rates for Christmas and the New Year. Please contact for details.
  • Air con units are fitted in all bedrooms and the living area. If required an additional charge of £45 per week is made.

  • All bedrooms have remote control air conditioning, built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, large mirrors, fly screens, black out blinds and balconies. There is also a safe and hairdryer in bedroom 1. Bedrooms 2 and 4 have ensuite. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor making it ideal for those of you who cannot manage the stairs well. The villa is cleaned once a week and all linen, bath, hand and beach towels are supplied. Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis.

Notes: Eliki has its own private pool with beautiful straw parasols for shade and plenty of sunloungers for all. In the outside living space you will find an outside shower area, barbecue with sink and plenty of space for the kids to play in. The spacious granite outside dining table with shade is perfect for all your outside dining requirements. The pool will be lit at night, a perfect back drop for al fresco dining. After your meal you can relax on the luxury outside settee, the perfect end to your day. For you added feeling of safety Eliki offers an intercom system, secure fencing all round, wall lighting and private parking. Eliki is a non smoking villa with air con in all rooms. The bedrooms have fly screens and is suitable for the old and young alike. On request we can supply a highchair and travel cot. No single sex parties. Suitable for those who cannot manage the stairs. Eliki has a double downstairs bedroom with ensuite which opens onto the outside living area.

SUPERB VILLA AND HOLIDAY

We were there for 2 weeks in June, there were 6 adults and 2 children (3 year old and an 18month old). Well what can we say about the villa except that it had everything and more. There were enough showers for all of us to get ready for an evening at the same time so nobody was waiting around, it had a dish washer, a washing machine - very handy when you have children. The villa even supplied very good quality beach towels. The pool was a prefect size for us and the children loved it. Mimmosa beach was about a 4 min walk away and was great for the kids, safe, clean and good shallow water for them to play in. Air conditioning worked perfectly, enough seating area inside and out. Protaras resort was about 30 min walk so most nights we got a taxi as having two small children we just wanted to get into the resort, taxis weren't very expensive so was fine. In resort there is a place called porkies, this is great for kids, it has rides and bouncy castles. A few restaurants also have play areas at the back, which normally consisted of small slides, play houses and a climbing frame.

The owners were most helpful and couldn't thank them enough as they added the extra touch to an already perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and they would go out there way for us and a BIG thank you to them.

All in all the holiday was wonderful and we all hope to come back again and we would not stay anywhere else but the Eliki Villa - THANK YOU

Great family holiday villa

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Eliki Villa which we found beautifully presented and contained everything we needed and more. Mimossa beach was ideal for our little boy with good shallow waters and in the afternoon we lounged by the pool. Thank you also for the help you provided while we were there, nothing was to much trouble and we really appreciated the welcome pack on arrival. We hpoe to return soon.

Fantastic Villa

Many thanks to Andrew and Sarah we had a great time staying at your villa. Our friends joined us for the second week which proves the villa accommodates 8 people. We found the villa to be very well equipped it was like being home from home.
