Nearby attractions include the sandy Governor's Beach, with great family restaurants, just 12 minutes drive away, the neolithic site of Choirokoitia, and the attractive stone villages of Maroni, Tochni, Kalavassos, Lefkara and the famous Zygi fish restaurants. All offer traditional tavernas for wonderful 'meze meals' with local wine. Water sports facilities are available within 15 mins drive. Cosmopolitan Limassol with beaches, restaurants & nightlife is less than 30 minutes away. Local places to visit include Kolossi Castle, Stavrovouni monastery, Amathus, Curium, Erimi Wine Museum and Oleastro Olive Park, all within a one hour drive. The fabulous Fasouri Water Park in Limassol is perfect for a great family day out.

  • Rental rate includes:

    Welcome Basket - food essentials to start your holiday - water, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar, eggs, cheese, bread, butter, bacon & cereals, plus a few local treats!

    Use of a local Pay-as-you-Go mobile phone, with 10 Euros credit per week.

    All reasonable use of electricity, gas, water, plus local charges. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and main living areas, & we ask that this be used sensibly. If used in excess, then we reserve the right to make an extra charge

    Weekly Pool Cleaning. Use of heated communal pool, open 0800-2000 hours daily, in addition to use of your own private pool, which can be heated for an extra charge (at cost)

    Cleaning, Towel & Linen change on changeover day, or weekly for stays longer than a week. Additional maid, laundry or ironing service is available on request for a nominal charge. We provide luxury bath towels, towelling robes & beach towels

  • SPECIAL SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER LATE OFFER - Just GBP400 for a couple, or GBP500 for 4 guests per week

    Very sensibly priced.
    Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
    Discounts are available for long winter lets of one month or more. Also for bookings made 8 months or more in advance. We will also consider a discount for bookings of 3 weeks and over. Please contact us for more information.
    Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.

    We require a £200 per week non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance, together with a security deposit of £150, is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings less than 8 weeks before departure are to be paid in full on booking, The security deposit will be returned within two weeks once the Villa has been checked upon departure.
  • The Usual Arrival time is after 4pm and vacate time is 11am on day of departure. However, we can be very flexible on times, dependent on other Villa bookings. Guests have full use of the Communal pool and facilities on Check out day

  • All of our Bathrooms have been finished to a very high standard, with white sanitary ware, Italian ceramic wall & floor tiles, mirrors, obscure-glazed shower screens, shaver sockets, quality chrome fittings & heated towel rails. The Ground Floor Family Bathroom serves Bedrooms 3 & 4, with bath & shower over, toilet & washbasin unit The Ground Floor Master Bedroom has a beautiful En suite Bathroom, with bath & shower over, toilet, bidet, & glass wash basin with granite worktop & unit under. The En suite to the first floor Double Bedroom has bath & shower over, toilet & washbasin unit. A Guest Cloakroom is also located on the First Floor, with toilet & wash basin unit. An Outside Shower/ Changing Room is next to the private pool, with shower, toilet & washbasin, & hanging rails. There is also an Outdoor solar shower. Fluffy Egyptian cotton towels, cosy towelling robes & toiletries are provided

The ground floor Master Bedroom has a 6' bed, with beautiful en suite Bathroom. 2 further Double Bedrooms, one with 5' bed, one with bunk/twin & single, share a family bathroom. A double Bedroom suite upstairs also has an en suite Bathroom, fantastic high pine-wood ceiling & private balcony overlooking the pool & mountains beyond. All bedrooms have window shutters & air conditioning for the hot summer, with gas central heating, double glazing, duvets & heated blankets for Winter months! Bedrooms have beautiful wooden parquet floors with rugs. Fitted cupboards provide ample hanging, drawers & shelf space. Our bedrooms have wonderful luxury 'Vi-Spring' beds for blissful sleep ! We provide crisp white bedlinen, fluffy Egyptian cotton towels & toweling robes for that extra touch of luxury! Cots & child beds are available.

Notes: The first floor Living Area has 2 cream leather sofas, armchair & rocking chair by a fantastic wood-burning fireplace, SKY TV & DVD, patio doors lead out to large balcony for alfresco meals & sunbathing. Indoors, a formal dining area & separate breakfast/dining area both seat 8. A large ground floor veranda with cane furniture is perfect for relaxing, The kitchen is well equipped, with granite worktops, Miele fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Neff double oven, hob & extractor, toaster, frappe machine & microwave. The ground floor utility room has washer dryer, & fridge - ideal for cool drinks alfresco! Our private 'overflow' pool is 1m deep at the shallow end & 1.5m at the deep end, & can be heated. A 15' x 5' communal pool, just 2 min walk from the Villa, is also available to all guests, open 0800-2000 hours daily. Both have Changing rooms, sunbeds, tables & chairs. Travel cot, highchair, potties etc provided. Please take extra care with small children on balconies & by the pool area.

Oleastro Olive Park - serve fantastic alfresco meze buffet on Sunday lunchtimes, nearby Anogyra village with winery, Mosaics Workshop & Carob Museum Stavrovouni Monastery Omodhos Lefkara

Our Favourite Places to Eat: : The Taverna, Psematismenos - fantastic souvlaki on Tuesday and Thursday evenings - walking distance. Kitcheners Restaurant - Italian - walking distance. Tochni Taverna - fantastic meze, take a dip in the pool before your meal ! 10 minutes drive. Lemonokipos (The Golden Lemon), Maroni - 10 minutes drive. Maria's, Kofinou - 12 minutes drive, and Maria's, Vavatsinia. Further afield: Oleastro Olive Park - serve fantastic 'alfresco' meze buffet on Sunday lunchtimes - an hour's drive. Zephyros, Mackenzie Beach, Larnaca - simply the best fish restaurant in Cyprus - expect to queue with the locals for a table on Sunday lunchtimes! - 30 minutes drive Larnaca - traditional meze.

Other Activities: Olive and orange picking, Halloumi cheese making!

A wonderful holiday, the villa is perfect and has everything you could ever need just as advertised and much more, was very clean on arrival and was kept that way by the lovely management team who were always available if needed, the pool is superb, the best we have ever had out of the many villa's we have rented, brilliant for the kids. We would recomend this villa to anyone who wants a quite holiday and is prepared to drive a little for sight seeing, restuaraunts etc or who just wants away from it all. The local shops at Zygi are very well stocked for self catering, use the specialist shops, like the bakers and butchers, they are superb .It is just off the main motorway which runs the length of the island from protaras to paphos to nicosia making access to anywhere easy if you want it.

We have family in Cyprus and visit every year. This October we were looking for a villa close to my son, close to Larnaca airport, close to the sea, quiet and with a good pool and facilities. We found the perfect villa in the perfect spot. It was actually miles better than the description - very spacious, clean and modern, with fabulous views from the pool area and balconies and all mod cons. We know the area very well and it was convenient for all our favourite haunts (especially one of the local restaurants (Lemonokipos) which serves some of the best and cheapest Cypriot food we have experienced and the many fish restaurants in Zygi). Though quiet, the villa is close enough to the main road to make access easy to the main towns. We travelled to Nicosia and found parking all in less than an hour. We were very impressed with the overall customer service - the owners were very keen to ensure we had everything we needed and checked with us just before our holiday. The welcome pack was the best I have experienced and the welcome from the villa managers was just right. I would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a holiday in the area and we will definitely go back!

Excellent holiday villa, very well managed, well appointed inside and plenty of room for all of the family. Great outdoor space with 3 different balconies, plus terraces and a nice big private swimming pool. Nice quiet location away from all of the hustle and bustle, letting you relax, great views.

The Villa was all as described and even better than expected. High quality furniture and bedding. Excellent facilities in kitchen and bathrooms. Good information for guests on places to visit together with a lovely view from the front balcony of the Med and a spectacular view of the valley seen from the rear balcony and pool area.

Sipping a glass of your favourite wine and sitting by the pool in the evening enjoying not only your own good food but also the natural beauty of Cyprus is just wonderful.

this was my first villa rental experience in cyprus. I picked this house because of its location, half an hour from larnaca. the village was charming the house was nice and well kept and inviting. jenni who is the owner was so wondeful with her information and suggestions for all kinds of activities. the managment team in location were so nice . I am going to recommend this to my friends and family and will rent again if I go back to cyprus. special plus to this house was that it was in a quiet village location yet it was so near for all the turist activities.
