Our self-catering apartments offer you more space than a hotel room and hotel apartments in Dubai, you'll also enjoy the extra privacy. Facilities include a swimming pool, children's splash pool, gym, seperate gents and ladies sauna and steam rooms.A large spacious lounge and dining area lead on to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a complimentary water cooler with Nestle Pure Life Water. The apartment has a large bedroom with a Queen size bed and a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people if you also decide to use the two comfortable Futon Company sofa beds in the lounge, full bedding is available.

    SHORT STAY PREMIUM - The rate displayed above is for stays of 4 nights or more. Minimum Stays for 1, 2 or 3 nights are permitted and will be charged a 25% premium on the per night rate displayed.

    BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We DO NOT require payment of a deposit before you arrive. We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold an authorisation of AED 5,000 for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

  • EARLY CHECK-IN - If your arrival falls before of our standard check in time of 3pm we recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier if you wish to access the property earlier than is permitted, and to guarantee your check in earlier than this time.

    We can accommodate complimentary early check in after 9am on your day of arrival providing there is not someone departing in the property on the same day that you arrive. You are required to confirm with us if complimentary early check in will be permitted no earlier than 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night or we have a guest due to check out then we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later. Complimentary early check in is at the sole discretion of the management.

  • LATE CHECK-OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 11am we recommend that you make your reservation for one day over if you wish to stay in the property longer than is permitted, and to guarantee your check out later than this time.
