  We accept online payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) in the following currencies USD / GBP / EURO / AED
  
  SHORT STAY PREMIUM - The rate displayed above is for stays of 4 nights or more. Minimum Stays for 1, 2 or 3 nights are permitted and will be charged a 25% premium on the per night rate displayed.
  
  BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We DO NOT require payment of a deposit before you arrive. We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold an authorisation of AED 5,000 for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

• EARLY CHECK-IN - If your arrival falls before of our standard check in time of 3pm we recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier if you wish to access the property earlier than is permitted, and to guarantee your check in earlier than this time.
  
  We can accommodate complimentary early check in after 9am on your day of arrival providing there is not someone departing in the property on the same day that you arrive. You are required to confirm with us if complimentary early check in will be permitted no earlier than 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night or we have a guest due to check out then we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later. Complimentary early check in is at the sole discretion of the management.

• LATE CHECK-OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 11am we recommend that you make your reservation for one day over if you wish to stay in the property longer than is permitted, and to guarantee your check out later than this time.
  
  We can accommodate complimentary late check out up to 5pm on your day of departure providing there is not someone arriving to stay in the property on the same day that you leave. You are required to confirm with us if complimentary late check out will be permitted no earlier than 24 hours prior to your departure date. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night and we have a guest due to check in then we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later or we will bring it with us if we are taking you to the airport. Complimentary late check out is at the sole discretion of the management.
