The houses are located in Scheldeveste holiday park on the site of the former Fort Frederik Henrik. On the park site there is an indoor pool with paddling pool, whirlpool bank, currents and waterslides. The house type Zwin (2-6 people, living area of approx. 100 square meters) is a free standing holiday home with terrace and garden. On the ground floor there is a living room with television, open plan kitchen, guest toilet, and storage room. On the upper floor you can find 3 bedrooms, each for two people plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. One car parking space is also provided. House type Schelde: A detached bungalow located in Scheldeveste beach park. It offers the highest comfort and is furnished for six people (actually for 7-8 people). You can expect a fully furnished living room with an open plan kitchen, fitted with a microwave and a dishwasher.

Villa Kunterbunt für Kinder

Vorweg genommen: Das Haus steht zum Verkauf wie wir (Eltern 41 u. 46 Jahre mit Sohn 8 Jahre und Tante 63 Jahre) bei Ankunft erfahren mussten.

Negativ:
Der Stein-Vorgarten wies ca. 1m hohes Unkraut auf (wurde von uns dann am nächsten Tag entsorgt...), einen Gefrierschrank suchte man vergeblich (also nix-da mit Eis und Einfrieren...).

Ein vernünftiges Besteck haben wir uns dann am nächsten Tag bei der Hausvermietung besorgt, das vorhandene Besteck (alle Gabeln abgeschliffen???) sowie auch die Pfannen waren unhygienisch und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Tischdecken und sonstige dem gemütlichen Urlaubs-Ambiente dienlichen Einrichtungsgegenstände fand man nicht vor, haben also welche vor Ort gekauft.

Die beiden Elternschlafzimmer sind direkt zum Kinderspielplatz in ca. 100 m Entfernung ausgerichtet, hier geht es auch bis weit nach 23:00 Uhr noch sehr laut her.

Positiv:
Im Gartenhaus waren Strandaustattungen und 4 Fahrräder deponiert, schade, wurde nicht erwähnt, wir hatten unsere eigenen mit.

Das große Kinderzimmer war sehr nett mit 3 Schlafplätzen von Ikea eingerichtet.

Quintessenz:
Das Haus sollte buchen, wer über ausreichend Kleinkinder verfügt und keine großen Ansprüche an Küchen- und Wohn-Ausstattung stellt.

Schönes Häuschen

Das schöne Häuschen war für uns fünf Personen ( davon drei Kinder, 12-14 J. ) recht gut aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Es war Platz genug und der Garten bot reichlich qm zum spielen. Außerdem ist die Lage zum Strand und auch zum Ort so gut, das das Auto stehen bleiben kann.
Das angepriesene Hallenbad im Park ist allerdings nur für kleine Kinder.
