Sunny and cozy modern villa (150 m2) situated atop one of the green hills that surround Lake Trasimeno. The house boasts a wide-ranging, superb view of the lake to be enjoyed from the large, equipped terraces at the front of the house and the lovely swimming pool (bean-shaped, 6,5 x 2,4, depth 1,2 m). Peaceful position. Beautiful view. Convenient parking place for two cars on the property. DISTANCES: 500 m the village of Castel Rigone (shops and basic services, bus stop).The lake is located 4 km away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car going along a road immersed in greenery for about 7 km. Passignano (all kinds of shops, restaurants), typical lake-side village with promenade along the lake, is 10 km away. Beautiful Perugia is only 25 km away. Very interesting geographic position convenient for excursions in both Umbria and Tuscany.
