Rental Terms & conditions: A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 1pm Check-out time 12am. EXTRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- BBQ must be left as found, if not a cleaning surcharge of £50 will apply. When using the infinity pool children must be supervised at all times. No diving, jumping, booming into pool. No pushing or running on pool terrace. No glass to be used on pool terrace (plastic drinking glasses provided) No eating or drinking in the pool. Notes: We have a games room downstairs that has a pool table, air hockey, a Nintedo WII with suitable family games to enjoy. Board games and a dart board We have a selection of books to enjoy while you laze beside the pool. We have a kitchenette and toilet on the roof terrace. There is 2 gas BBQ's; one by the poolside and the second on the roof terrace. There is a portable high chair which you strap onto a normal chair. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Stand up fans. The telephone is for incoming calls only. The main dining area is outside near the BBQ and an additional seating area on roof terrace. Towels that are provided are for the sole use of Kalamar Dream and we ask that they stay within the villa for use by the poolside and bathrooms. We do allow smokers but we do ask that you refrain from smoking inside the villa and especially in the bedrooms.
