The apartment situated near the border between north and south Cyprus. The lively resort of Protaras and picturesque Fig Tree Bay are 10 minutes away. For youngsters the dazzling nightlife of Aiga Napa is 15 to 20 minutes away by bus, taxi or car. Further afield are the historic towns of Limassol, Larnaca and the island's capital, Nicosia; each of which is a fascinating mix of old and new, with shops, markets, bars and restaurants, as well as museums and ancients sites. The cool, pine-clad Troodos Mountains shouldn't be missed. Here you can sample a quiet rural way of life in isolated mountain villages. This is a fine place for walkers too. Views over the deserted city of Famagusta and the crystal waters of Famagusta Bay are accessible just 2 minutes from the apartment. Trips into northern Cyprus can be arranged and the island is a good base for tours to Egypt and the Holy Land. The climate here is fantastic, with hot sunny weather guaranteed from April to October.

  • A deposit equivalent to 1 night's rental is payable in order to confirm every booking. And this deposit is strictly not refundable, The balance should, in all cases, be paid 6 weeks prior to your first night's stay in the apartment.
  • Daily scheduled flights from the UK, courtesy of BA and Cyprus Airways will usually have budget-priced seats, as long as you avoid peak seasons and public holidays. Along with discounted prices we offer for rental of the accommodation, this is a very attractively-priced holiday package.

  • The bathroom, which includes a full-length bath, a shower, and hand basin with a mirror' as well as a low-level WC, is compact. Again, the standard to which the bathroom is finished is high and it blends in well with the overall ambiance of the apartment. We have included hand and bath towels for our guests but they would be well advised to bring their own at this time, as we intend to equip more fully whenever we visit ourselves. However, to the best of our knowledge the apartment is currently equipped with those essential items that make it ready for the arrival of our first visitors.

  • Both bedrooms are quite spacious and have plenty of fitted wardrobe and drawer space for storage. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The master bedroom has full length patio doors opening onto a small veranda. Each bedroom benefits from the inclusion of an air-conditioning unit, which is absolutely essential during the hottest months of summer. Use of the air-conditioning units is included in the daily rental price and, therefore, will impose no extra cost on our guests. The bedrooms are finished to a very high standard of decoration. Bed linen is provided.

Notes: An ironing board and iron are included for anyone who wants them whilst on holiday! And there is a new service wash launderette just down the road, for anyone who doesn't. All crockery, glasses and cutlery are provided as well as a kettle and a toaster. We can arrange the inclusion of a high chair and/or cot if required. The apartment has two balconies, the larger of which is furnished with a table and four chairs. This is in addition to the table and chairs in the dining area. A sun-lounger is also to be found on the larger balcony. However, the communal pool area, immediately adjacent to the apartment is fully equipped with loungers and umbrellas. Access to the pool area is only possible with a swipe card issued to bona fide guests.

Welcome Meeting: Transport from Larnaca Airport to the apartment can be arranged. It is also possible for us to organise a welcome meeting at the apartment and a short tour to familiarise our guests with the Kapparis area. Car hire at competetive rates can be arranged before you travel to Cyprus or when you arrive in the resort.

Restaurants: The 'Faliros' Italian Restaurant is within walking distance of the apartment. It has a varied menu and the food is superb. It's customers include local politicians and a sprinkling of celebreties, we are told!

Supermarkets: There are two large supermarkets, Carrefour and Yperagora Orphanid, situated within a 5 minute drive of the apartment

Ski: Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains during the winter season.

We stayed here for October half-term 2009 and had a fabulous holiday. The apartment is lovely and very well appointed. We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the pool and the local beaches. The sea is warm and clear, a joy to swim in. We had a couple of super meals in local restaurants and the larger supermarkets were easy to find, well stocked and reasonably priced. We also took a trip to the nearby city of Famagusta, in Turkish Cyprus, and saw the famous "Ghost City" as well as the medieval town. A facsinating trip and well worth it.

Fantastic!

A beautiful new apartment which is very well decorated and located on a quiet development a short walk from the main street (Kappari). We cooked most evenings and the Kitchen is very well equipped. The pool area is lovely and for most of the holiday we were the only people there. The municipal beach was great for an afternoon swim in the sea which was one of the clearest and warmest that I have ever experienced. Kappari has a good mix of bars and restaurants serving traditional Cypriot cuisine and international food. There was a local supermarket which was well stocked but we bought most of our food and drink from the Carrefour supermarket in Paralimini, a short drive away. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and we are hoping to go back again in the Autumn.

Experience of a Brand New Apartment

This apartment is new this year (2009). And we were the very first guests. We thought it was very tastefully appointed with a good private balcony. The on-site pool was open and, even in February, we were able to swim there! Although this is a brand new complex everything is nicely finished off and there is no new building going on nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed some extremely pleasant walks along the coastline, dotted with secluded bays. Also, we enjoyed drinks in some good quality bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment; all of them with an appeal for the discerning holiday-maker. When we were there in February 2009 we were fascinated to see ripe oranges and lemons on trees at the roadside, and the harvesting of tomatoes and courgettes. We would recommend this apartment for people of all ages who enjoy a relaxing holiday with the opportunity for some really lovely local walks.
