Beautiful air-conditioned 3 bed house, facing south it gets the sun all day, all rooms are bright and airy. On the ground floor there a large lounge diner with comfortable seating for 5/6. There is satelite t v and dvd player. Outside the front door is a fantastic terrace for outdoor dining even in winter, there's an extendable awning if the sun gets too hot. The separate kitchen is well equiped incl. microwave/grill ,gas/ electric hob , oven, breakfast bar and washing machine. there's a single bedroom and shower room on this level also.On the 1st floor there's a double and a twin bedroom each with a sliding glass door to the balcony and a large family bathroom. There is a stairs to the rooftop solarium , a large private area with 5 sun loungers washing line and views to the sea. There is off street parking and garden area. This is a very secure villa in a quiet location yet within an easy stroll of local facilities.

Cabo roig is a delightful resort on the southern Costa Blanca. There are fantastic blue flag beaches at Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Playa Flamenka and Le Zenia nearby. Cliff walks with stunning views of the mediteranian. Sailing, scuba diving, wind surfing, water sking are available in the area. It's a golfers paradise with 3 great golf courses at Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The commercial area has an abundance of bars, restaurants shops. There are huge open air markets locally virtually every day with great bargains. The city of Torrevieja is within 15 minutes drive and has many attractions incl an Agua Splash Park, a wonderful pronenade, marina, funfair, craft market every day and new Haberneras shopping center. You can take day trips to Alicante, Benidorm, Tera Mitica, to the north and La Manga, Mar Menar and Cartagena to the south.
