DESCRIBTIONS:
A Sicilian villa built in 2005 situated in Sampieri, a little town right in front of the sea. The villa is only 150 mt from the sandy beach which has free entrance. It has 3 bedrooms ( 5 beds ) , a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a 250 mq garden surrounded by Sicilian vegetation and enriched by a barbecue, outdoor shower, chairs and tables. Car is not needed to reach the main facilities such as supermarket, pharmacy, bar or post office. Sampieri is located near the main cities like Modica (16km) , Ragusa (30km), Noto (35km), all Barouque towns of Ragusa Ibla and all recognised by UNESCO as Humanity Propriety. Another beautiful attraction is Kaukana with it's excavations. All the places mentioned are also famous for being theatre of the fiction 'Commissioner Montalbano' .
DIRECTIONS:
To reach Sampieri fron Catania airport or train station there are coaches available everyday for Modica and Ragusa. Once reached these cities we will arrange transportation to villa where keys will be given. For those that arrive in car or rent one , once in Catania, they have to drive towards Siracusa and then follow the directions for Pozzallo and then Sampieri. In any case once you are near the location of Sampieri , call the mobile phone and someone will meet you and take you to the villa.
We can arrange airplane reservations, car rental and excursions to visit all the beautiful attractions that Sicily offers suh as Taormina, Agrigento, Siracusa.
FORM OF PAYMENT:
An advance equivalent to 20% of the total amount occurs when reservations are made ( bank transfer ) and the balance has to be payed the same day of arrival .
