Pleasant stone-built house (60 m2) that is part of an ancient Ragusa farm (ex-farm structure) made up of 5 autonomous units that share only a characteristic internal courtyard (called 'baglio') that is tiled and from where you enter the single apartments. The SOLARA and IBLA accommodations are two of this apartments. The house is located on a plateau that slopes down towards the sea, which can be seen in the distance. Peaceful position. Access to the house along 200 m of dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 12 km from Ragusa with the ancient Ibla and Marina di Ragusa (sandy beaches, restaurants, all kinds of shop), one of the most charming and well-organised sea resorts of the south-eastern coast. The are is rich in cultural sights such as the town of Noto, Modica and Camarina. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner (oven, two fridges, freezer), fireplace, divan bed with a 2nd pull out bed and access to a covered terrace (30 m2) on the sea side
