206 Bankside Lofts is a spacious, light filled loft apartment in one of the most recognizable buildings on the river. There is a large, double height living room with floor to ceiling windows and stairs leading up to a bed deck. The kitchen is hand crafted in oak and full of modern appliances. There is a bedroom suite with small dressing room and limestone bathroom. Leading off the living room there is a second bedroom with en suite, It is decorated to the highest standard, but also extremely comfortable. There is a gym downstairs, a communal Japanese garden with views over the Thames and a 24 hour porter service. Bankside Lofts is a landmark building designed by architect Piers Gough.

It features high ceilings, designer furniture, beautiful artwork and loads of books. Although the apartment is located close to most of the famous landmarks of London, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The building also offers a 24 hour porter, a gym and a communal garden with fantastic views over the city.

What to say? Everything was perfect, actually! The owner, a really kind person, the flat, clean and lovely, the services, the Thames path nearby...we'll never forget our standing and we suggest it to everyone !
The metro was near, also bust stops, shops and very good reastaurants!
In few minutes we were in the center and just a walk away we could reach London Tower!
If you have never been in London and want to spend a really nice time, book this flat!
We surely come back!

Me and my friends recently stayed in this gorgeous apartment during a weekend in london. Very good location, gorgeous area and close to the tube. The apartment itself was aboslutely lovely, a real home away from home! I would recommend it to any visitor to the city!

The apartment was in a perfect location for our trip to London being very close to all the amenaties.We had a fantastic stay in what was a very trendy, clean, well maintained and equiped place to spend our time.The owner is extremely helpful and pleasant and i would recommend this apartment to any of my family and friends who where planning on a short break in London.

The photos of this beautiful modern apartment do not do it justice. It feels even more spacious than it looks due to the high ceilings & big windows. The owner ? as personable, helpful & pleasant to deal with as the flat is personally and delightfully decorated; the flat being clean, well maintained & equipped goes without saying. The location? Great - right across from St Paul's, next to the Tate Modern, near the Southbank and across Waterloo or Charing Cross bridges & into the West end in 20 minutes. We had to do a bit of walking - the nearest tube station seems to be Blackfriars but with the sights along the Thames to see every day, we enjoyed every step. Even the entry hall with attractive decor & friendly porter is good to come home to.Highly recommended though with mixed feelings - we wouldn't want anyone to grab a week we'd want.
