Welcome to our award winning Seaside IV - Beach Cottages Condominium, located in the West Coast of Florida Clearwater area. Seaside IV is a state of the art luxury beach front condo. It has panoramic views of the Gulf, beach and pool areas. The home has a grand living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a kitchen counter bar and eat in room, formal dining area and a fully equipped laundry area. It also has a wide veranda with patio furniture for watching the gorgeous Gulf sunsets. The home is fully furnished with Ralph Lauren British Indies furniture and Tommy Bahama accessories. The oceanview master suite has a King bed with a private master bath with jacuzzi tub and a walk- in closet. The second bedroom suite includes two queen beds and a large closet. We also have private, reserved parking areas for your safety and convenience.

The Perfect Beach Condo--A Touch of Class

This lovely, well appointed beach condo was everything and more than expected. Very roomy and open with so many contemporary appointments including a wide screen HD TV. The kitchen was modern and well equipped for entertaining and cooking in. The bedrooms were very comfortable with luxury linens and bedding. The balcony, outfitted with a dining table and chairs provided spectacular views of the beach and best of all...nightly sunsets, close enough to the water to hear the waves on the shore. Many extra items were provided: beach towels, beach sand chairs, floats and tubes, coolers, totes etc. All this and a beautiful beach just steps away. It was a perfect week and a great value.
