This beautiful and spacious family villa has a private south facing solar heated pool with a large seating area under a screened lanai. It benefits from a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom , a Twin Bedroom and a sleeper sofa, (sleeps child only). It also has 2 lounge areas one with TV/DVD and internet facility, full kitchen facilities, a washer/dryer area and garage. This family home is on Briarwood gated community which has the benefit of a playground, tennis and basketball courts together with a community swimming pool. Only minutes away from public golf courses and local food shops with the large shopping mall, beach and marinas approximately 10 minutes away.

Naples is one of the most idylic resorts in Florida and offers either a relaxing tranquil getaway with its fantastic white sand beaches or a destination for a sports packed holiday. There are numerous boat trips including dolphin and sunset cruises and the Everglades National Park is within driving distance where you can take an airboat ride. The villa is situated on a gated community within 10 minutes drive of the beaches, Naples Pier and the huge range of restaurants and high quality shops in and around Fifth Avenue. Naples has a wealth of both private and municipal golf courses. Although the home has its own private heated pool, the development also has four tennis courts, basketball courts, and communal pool .

  • The weekly rate is an all inclusive rate and there is no additional charges for departure cleaning, Florida tax or registration fees. As the pool is solar heated there is no additional pool heating costs to add. We require a £250.00 security deposit due on booking - balance of monies due 8 weeks prior to the first day of the arrival date.

A clean, comfortable, well-equipped property on a quiet community. We enjoyed our stay very much and our only minor grumble would be the lack of local information in the villa. A car is definitely vital for this property. We would recommend it to others.
