Casa Sol y Playa:
The chalet accommodates 4 people. A cot is available. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 large terraces, where you can enjoy the sun the whole day long. You can also roll out the sun shades. There is a completely kitchen, a dining room for 6 people, comfortable inglenook and satellite TV in the saloon. There are 2 beaches in the neighbourhood, which guarantee a relaxing vacation. In the garden terrace you can grill. A parking lot is available. In 300 m, you can reach the centre with restaurants, bank and supermarket. Children are welcome. Pets are allowed, on previous agreement. In the neighbouring place, Calas de Mallorca, you have everything that belongs to a typical tourist life: Shopping, walking, mini golf, games, discos, karaoke. A visit in Calas de Mallorca is a fantastic experience, as long as you don’t have to live there. The picturesque beach of Cala Murada and Cala Domingos offer you clean water and fine sand, as well as a beach restaurant.
Cala Murada:
Cala Murada is a very quiet urbanization on the interesting, mountainous south-eastern coast, in a very diverse landscape. The community is located on an area of about 2 Million qm, from which 1 Million qm is green space. Here you will find flat, children friendly bathing bays with covered units (showers and toilets, playgrounds, parking places, beach restaurants, etc.) Cala Murada has gained the `Blue Flag’ for excellent water quality many years ago.
Surrounding:
From the airport to Cala Muarda it is approximately 65 km and due to the motorway existing to Lucmajor and the then very well removed roads it only takes 50 to 60 minutes travel time. Cala Murada lies approximately in the centre between the two more well-known places Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo. The village Cala Murada is an urbanisation, which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the southeast of Mallorca. The existing urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire urbanisation is much green and is suitable also for expanded walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year round. Thus the urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a stay. In the Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. Also a small library is operated by the municipality.
Golf:
In the close vicinity, you can discover many of the island attractions, for instance, the monastery of San Salvador and the city of Felanitx. The vacation resort Cala Murada has several bars, restaurants, car rentals, super markets, banks, mini golf, and 2 sandy beaches with restaurants, which can be reached within a short walk. About 20 km away, upcountry, you will find the beautiful city of Felanitx. The city has a typical pleasant Majorcan atmosphere and many churches. The Sunday market is worth to see. There are also other fantastical bays and marinas which can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The next big cities with big supermarkets and shopping miles are: Porto Christo, Porto Colom, Felanitx, Cala D'Or.Vall d'Or Golf Course – The Eastern Majorca, Caretera Cala d'Or - Porto Colom 7.7 km, E - 07669 S'Horta - Majorca. This golf course is located between Felanitx and Porto Colom, with a large view upon the sea.
