  • 30% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking,with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival
    Refundable security deposit of £150 also payable, to cover any damage to property loss of keys(pool card) or any extra additional cleaning if required.
    Basic welcome pack included in price.consisting of water, bread, butter, tea, coffee and sugar.
  • £50 also payable with final balance to cover cleaning and laundry cost of property which will be done before and after your visit.
    Full copy of Terms & conditions will be supplied on request.
    PAYMENT WILL ALSO BE ACCEPTED IN EUROS OR BY PAYPAL (PAYMENT BY PAYPAL WILL INCUR A 2.5% SUCHARGE)
  • My key-holder in Spain will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys/pool card,show you round and will collect them at the end of your stay.
    Keyholder will also be available to you should you have any problems with the apartment during your stay.So that you can just relax and enjoy your hard earned holiday/break.
    Please note should you arrive at the apartment between the hours of 2230hrs and 0800hrs there will be an additional charge of 40€ which will be payable locally.

We had a fab time at the apartment - perfect for lazing around on the roof terrace or balcony, soaking up the sun and being forced to relax (which is exactly what we did). A pool is available, but we didn't use it. We didn't hire a car, but found that a few minutes walk, we were able to get a bus into Torrevieja (approx 5 km) and the bus runs every 40 minutes from Dream Hills. The apartment itself is clean, shops are accessable on foot - although the supermarket is about 15-20 minutes walk away, so some may find that a bit far to walk. A small shop is closer, but a bit expensive. Local restaurants and take aways come highly recommended! Would definitely return!
Owner's Response: Many thanks for your feedback and I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at my apartment in Dream Hills.There are two good size pools on the complex for you to use if you are just looking for a pool side holiday.Although the main supermarket is 15-20 min stroll from the apartment,once you have got your supplies taxis are available outside to take you the short journey back to the apartment. As the reviewer has pointed out a hire car is not a necessity, but by having one will open up the surrounding area and many blue flag beaches for your enjoyment.

staying here was a good location, although the supermarket was a little out of the way,it took over 20 mins to walk there. The apartment was faiirly clean and there was everything you needed there in the apartment for your stay the washing machine was a blessing. the pool not far away and great for all the family. bars are within 5 mins walk away and there are plenty of places to eat. Its an ideal place for a great family holiday, you can catch a bus to the beach and its only a 20 min ride away. this is a really relaxing holiday for all and all of us enjoyed our stay here.

Although the supermarket is a stroll away this can feel a lot further on a very hot August day,there is a telephone kiosk right outside the apartment to call local taxis which are reasonable priced.If you decided to walk to the supermarket there is a taxi rank outside for the return trip to the apartment.There is also a bus service which can get you to most parts of theCosta Blanca.The apartment is well situated in a relaxing location away from the lively bar area, but within easy reach if you require.

Well if your looking for a relaxing break, then this is definately for you, 2 weeks here was fab, excellent apartment well fitted out , roof terrace was fab for finnishing of the day after the local beach, local shop and eating place just up the road , with chinese, fish and chip bar, and others,small shop for suplies, with 3 large supermarkets within 2 min drive if you hire a car, comunial pools with in a short stroll, and very friendly residents all around, apartment very good 10/10, area 10/10 saftey 10/10 for all ages. and most of all arranging/communication/sorting out arriving all10/10
All thats left to say ......... Thanks for a great holiday and will be back next year...........
