This luxury 1st floor appartment in the heart of the old town just 30 paces from the beach has been recently renovated to a very high standard with a luxury fitted kitchen & bathroom, flat screen TV & remote control air con/heating. Through the large double windows you can see the old stone archway leading to the beach. Those who are fortunate enough to know Collioure will be able to picture its location midway between 'Petit Cafe' and 'La Tambourine' in one of the lovely narrow streets seconds from the Plage Boramar between the Chateau Royal and the Eglise Notre Dame [the towns landmark]. The old town boasts streets full of character, fun, vibrancy & colour. Staying at this appartment allows you to sense the heartbeat & savour the atmosphere. It has one bedroom but can easily accommodate 4 with a double bed settee & possibility for another single bed in the living area. It's a must see town; beaches, shops, art studios at every turn, restaurants, sights, smells and sounds to die for.

Collioure is well known to be the most beautiful town in one of the most beautiful areas in the south of France. It has 4 beaches to choose from of various types,from soft sand to clean shingle. It is a small but lively town with a majestic castle,top class restaurants, artists studios, wine cellars, clothes & other unusual charming shops. Its narrow streets are a delight to walk through because of their charm and colour. There are many walks around the area and many interesting places to drive. The lovely coast road south to Spain winds its way from Collioure through the other coastal towns to the border. Activities apart from walking include sailing, fishing, diving, cycling, tennis, nightclubbing at the famous Indigo, as well as water sports at nearby Argeles or white water rafting in the Pyrenees. Or just relax on the beach or in one of the beach side cafes. Once you have been to Collioure you are certain to return there many times. It is simply the nicest wee place in the world.

This is a beautifully renovated 1st floor apartment in an old fishermans house. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of the village and literally a stones throw from the beach. Good information in the apartment about the local restaurants and places of interest. We loved our stay here and collioure is sooo beautiful! Anyone who visits couldn't fail to be impressed - oh those wonderful days and nights sitting by the beach watching the world go by! We found Collioure very friendly and interesting, you won't need a car, we had the delights of a special children's choir night in the Church, a wine tasting in the square and met some very interesting local characters!
