San Terenziano: This small town is located approx 3 km from Cinque Ulivi. It has an interesting selection of shops including a butcher, baker, supermarkets, gas station, bars, banks and post office. In walking distance is L'agriturismo La Casella which serves traditional, home-cooked Umbrian dishes.There are also numerous eateries catering to most tastes. Further afield there are good restaurants in Todi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Deruta.

Location: We are centrally located for easy access to many of Umbria's artistic and historic sites and medieval towns. Roads are good for access to neighboring Tuscany and Florence, for example, can be reached within two hours by car. Alternatively, a train service runs from Perugia to the central station in Florence. Rome is only two hours by car but for those not wishing to drive in the Roman traffic there are trains from Orte, Orvieto, Spoleto and Terni into the center of the city. There is also a pullman service from nearby Pian di Porto (Todi) which takes you to Rome's second station, Tiburtina, with metro access to the rest of the city. This pullman also goes to/from Fiumicino airport which is useful if you have friends or family arriving there and meeting you at a later date during your holiday.
