Situated in Blairgowrie, this small rural town is surrounded by golf courses, with the nearest only two minutes walk away. This is a historic area with palaces and castles, Balmoral, Scone and Glamis close by. There are several whiskey distilleries to visit. Activities include hillwalking, fishing, game shooting, horse riding and skiing. A country walk, with two lovely lochs, only a stones throw away. This property is only suitable for adults.

Cinemas and theatres can be found in Perth and Dundee, whilst the Edinburgh festival is an international attraction in August. Famous for it's soft fruit growing, strawberries and raspberries are available in the area from June to August. For those partial to a 'Wee Dram', many whiskey distilleries can be found within a radius of 60 miles.
