In a building of 17th century a studio-flat subdivided on 3 levels, recently restored and very original and practical for all people who needs a comfortable pied-a-terre in the best area of the historic centre of Rome (Minerva-Pantheon). This little accommodation is the ideal for short and touristic stays as it is very simple to manage. It is situated at the ground floor of an historic building. It is elegantly furnished and well equipped: 1 big single bed (1.10 x 2,00m) and a standard single bed (0,90 x 1,90m);cooking and dining corner; bathroom; a spacious wardrobe T and Air -Conditioning . This flat is located in Via S.Caterina da Siena, in Rione Pigna, next to Piazza della Minerva and its historic church and next to the famous Pantheon.

This accomodation is in 'Rione Pigna' (Pigna district) that is delimited by PANTHEON, LARGO DI TORRE ARGENTINA and PIAZZA VENEZIA. In this area You can find all type of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bar and in particular, very near in Via del Gesù, a supermarket (dì per dì). In front of the building an internet point. At a walking distance all the most important touristic and historic sites: PIAZZA NAVONA, PIAZZA FARNESE, CAMPO DEI FIORI, FONTANA DI TREVI, PIAZZA DI SPAGNA, PIAZZA VENEZIA (Altare della Patria), BASILICA DI S.PIETRO. At a very short distance (some minutes by foot) You can reach corso Vittorio and Largo Argentina where there is stop bus for all directions (10 minutes about to Central Railway Station Termini). Termini Station is connected to Fiumicino airport by shuttle train.

    30% deposit in part payment at booking. Deposit fully refundable only in case of cancellation within 60 days before of the planned arrival, otherwise it will be lost. Deposit can be paid via bank transfer,western union or with a personal cheque as you wish
    The tenant is obliged to give communication of any damages caused and to give back the apartment as it was at the arrival, clean and in order.
    No cleaning service during Your stay (if required it can be organized in addition 50€), but at your arrival the apartment will be in perfect order.

Notes: Internet cafe just in front of building door. Sight tours depart from outside building door in front of hotel Della Minerva. If you need a private car pick up I can send you a driver depending from where you arrive the cost will vary from Fiumicino airport it is 55euros flat rate for 1-3 persons with normal bags and 70€ for a mini van for 4-5 persons. (the train ticket from the airport to the main station termini is 11€ per person one way plus the taxi charge that will vary from the traffic the number of bags or the bus/metro charge €1 per person to go to the apartment). from or to Civitavecchia the port the price for a private car for 1-3 persons with normal bags is 130euros and 160euros for a minivan for 4-5 persons.
