Villa “Le Fontanelle” is a restored country house according to rural architecture of northern Italy, with a typical portico and wood ceiling rooms. The house is located among Franciacorta hills with a charming lake view from its main terrace. The property is surrounded by lawn and peace in a quiet zone with private road next to the wood. We offer an informal family environment for spending a revitalizing holiday in close conctact with nature. Villa “Le Fontanelle” is the best place for a wonderful holiday discovering the beautiful scenery in Franciacorta and Iseo Lake. At guests disposal: swimming pool (not interred), parking area, barbecue, tennis table, 4 beach chairs, 3 bikes.

We had a great time in Nadia and Andrea's villa near the Iseo lake. They are by the way both very friendly and helpful. Most of the week we were two families in the house, and with 4 double bedrooms and plenty of space that's no problem at all. The surroundings and the view is great, and compared to other houses, that we have rented over the years, this offers great value. Since they only plan to let this out for 1 or 2 years more, don't miss the opportunity for a restful and sconic getaway in Iseo. Many rgds from the whole family. Carl

We stayed in August 2009 in Villa Le Fonatnelle with 5 adults and 2 children. We had a great time! The house had all facilities we needed with large and clean bedrooms. The pool was excellent for children. We loved the view over Lake Iseo. Nadia en Andrea are really friendly people and they recommended several sites to visit in the area and the opera in Verona. They could also book tickes in advance. The surroundings are beautiful and ideal for biking. There are not many locations/beaches where you can swim in the lake, apart from the campingsites. There are many nice villages and the people are very friendly. It is really a very nice destination!

Excellent for a family holiday

We had a lovely one-week holiday in the villa Fontanella in June. We were two families with four children. The description given on the website was accurate, as a matter of fact, the villa and its surroundings were even nicer than described. The pool was sufficient enough for both the children and the adults for cooling down. The pool was cleaned every other day.

The owners were friendly and they provided us with good advice about the restaurants, shops, train connections and local activities. We are going to recommend this villa and the Lago d’Iseo district to our friends. The villa is excellent for families and those enjoying the nature and tranquility. The Lago d’Iseo and its surroundings are beautiful, and from the train stations in Rovato and Brescia you can easily reach Venice and Milan. We recommend that you rent a car from the airport; otherwise it would be difficult to get to the villa and travel around.
