Beautiful villa with private pool, lovely sea views and lush gardens located 3km from the Arenal beach in Javea. On 2 levels the ground floor has a lounge with 2 seating areas, dining area for up to 8 people, kitchen-diner with seating for 8 direct access to pool area, 2 twin bedrooms and a shower room. Upstairs are 2 further twin rooms each with their own shower room. The master bedroom has a superb sun terrace with fantastic sea views. The kitchen has an oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer. Outside is a lovely covered terrace with sea views equipped with sofas and coffee table so you can get out of the midday sun or enjoy summer nights. The pool area has a BBQ, pool terrace, sunbeds and a table and chairs. There is also off-street parking and a garage.

  • There is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. I use a secure booking engine which charges a non-refundable 30 euro damage insurance and 12 euro booking fee.
    Final cleaning cost of 200€ added to the cost of the stay.
  • Unless by prior arrangement, check in is after 3pm and check out before 10 am.
    There is a secure key box at the property which means you can arrive at any time
  • If you are travelling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available.

Notes: Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from a gas 'combi' boiler. The villa comes equipped with TV, video, stereo Hi-Fi, electric hob & oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, etc. There is an under floor heating system for cooler months with air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. Outside there is a large area for sun-bathing situated around a rectangular pool (10 metres x 5 metres) which has roman steps and under-water lighting. The poolside terrace and covered naya are generously supplied with furniture. Surrounding the property are beautifully laid out gardens with fruit & olive trees and a variety of palms. This is a great location for eating and drinking or just relaxing and soaking up the sun.
