This is a brand new luxury development situated 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes downhill walk to the chic resort of Puerto Andratx. The apartment is located within a 'green zone' in a secure gated development. You enter the property via a secure gate and proceed directly to the allocated underground parking space from where the lift leads directly to the appartment (no lugging suitcases up steps!). Downstairs is a living room with terrace to the front and there is also a terrace off to the side for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The appartment is stylishly furnished with rattan furniture on all 3 terraces. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sea view terrace leading off from it and a super kingsize bed with wall to wall built in wardrobes. There is an en suite bathroom with bath jacuzzi leading directly off it. The second bedroom has a bed that converts either to a king or 2 singles and a separate marble bathroom with shower.

The apartment is several minutes away from the stylish resort of Puerto Andratx. Puerto Andratx is a charming fishing port that is home to some fantastic waterside restaurants and cafes. The port has managed to retain its local charm while at the same time embracing upmarket sustainable tourism. There are several golf courses within a ten minute drive, notably Camp de Mar an 18 hole course. Boat hire is available and there are several beaches close by. Diving is particularly recommended and there are 2 a dive clubs in the harbour that visit various local dive sites that have beautiful clear waters. Car hire is not essential but recommended in order to explore some of the surrounding areas such as Deya, Formentera, Valdemossa and Palma amongst others. This part of the island is home to many celebrities and multi million pound villas, but has still managed to retain a casual, relaxed atmosphere.

Additional information about rental rates

  • PA deposit of 30% is due upon booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before rental period. A separate deposit of £500 is payable with the final balance which is returned within 7 days of vacating the appartment, which is to cover any possible damage/breakages. There is a local English agent who will meet you at the appartment to hand over the keys and if you require any help while you are there she will be able to assist you. The cost includes all linen, towels and includes 4beach towels. There is no extra final 'cleaning charge'. We can only arrange 'meet and greet' for all arrivals before 10pm, after that we will arrange for you to receive keys and our agent will visit you the following morning.
    The apartment includes free WiFi and FREE LOCAL TELEPHONES TO ANY LANDLINE. This is very useful for booking restaurants etc so you don't have to use your mobile. Any calls other than to Spanish landlines will be charged for.
    The deposit is non-refundable so is advisable to take travel insurance
  • Please note that we require a minimum 10 days per stay in July and August. this is due to the fact we are only renting it once in each month, so if you are interested it is advisable to book early as the rentals availability will be limited. (it says 2 weeks but we can accept 10 days) You are free to check in and check out any time during your arrival\departure date as we never take bookings back to back so nobody would be in the apartment either prior or after you leave. we do prefer arrivals to be before 9pm.
  • During low season long term rentals for a maximum of one month are welcome, please enquire for rates. Not suitable for children under 5. Please note that during July and August there is a minimum rental period of 10 days

The second bedroom has a stacked single bed that converts either to 2 singles or a king bed. Again there are plenty of built in wardrobes. There is a second bathroom with walk in shower.

There are 3 seaview terraces, 1 furnished with 2 rattan sofas and coffee table, 1 for dining with dining table,barbecue and extra area for sunbathing. the top terrace has seating for late night drinks/early morning coffee on the second level. There is a fully equipped state of the art Boffi kitchenette with Neff appliances. Washer and separate dryer. The pool area has panoramic views to Puerto andratx and has a decking surround with outdoor showers where there are communal sunbeds. Just back from holiday everything was as promised,great facilities,fabulous location,immaculately maintained.The owner could not have been more helpful,would definitely recommend this apartment highly.
There are many top class restaurants in the port my favourite was Media Luna 5mins drive from the apartment.The beach of Camp de Mar is only a 15mins drive away ,a really enjoyable experience.

Our family spent our vacation in this brand new apartment and we had one of our best vacations ever. Of course because of Puerto Andratx, but also because that the apartment that we were staying in was very fantastic - we will be back:-)
