A superb 3 bed, 3 bath villa with pool set in beautiful gardens. Automatic gates open onto the driveway leading up to the parking space at the side of the house. A covered porch at the front is perfect for relaxing or dining Interior accommodation which sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms comprises as follows:- Bedroom 1 Double fitted wardrobes, ensuite facilities. Bedroom 2 Double ensuite facilities, patio door to garden. Bedroom 3 Twin beds patio door to swimming pool terrace. Shower room. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. pen plan living room with 2 sets of patio doors, wood burning fire, ceiling fans. Gas central heating. The 8m x 4 pool is situated at the side of the house and is terraced all around with a shady pergola covered area if you want a respite from the sun. There is an outside shower beside the pool. Views of the beautiful countryside and impressive sierras can be enjoyed from all the terraces. The village of Cómpeta is about 5 mins drive.

Nearest Beach: beach at 18.0 Kilometres
The property is close to the beautiful Natural park of the Sierra Tejeda, within 25 minutes drive of the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Less than 1 hr. from Malaga and about 2 hours drive from Granada and the Alhambra Malaga city has many places of interest to visit including the Picasso museum and the Cathedral as well as marvellous shops and large shopping centres. The village of Cómpeta is a perfect place to wander around browsing in the small craft shops and stopping at one of the excellent restaurants to have a drink, a meal or just a little tapas. There is a wide choice of restaurants in the village and all can be heartily recommended. Equally sitting on the terrace of your lovely holiday villa, having a barbecue and watching the sun set, etching the impressive Sierras against the skyline makes a holiday moment to remember. Horse riding and walking in the natural park or the many winding tracks is a perfect way to relax.

The property: The property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Designed for maximum privacy one bedroom with ensuite facilities is on one side of the open plan living area while the other two bedrooms one with ensuite facilities and the guest bathroom are on the other side. There is lots of terrace and garden space on which to relax. Access is mostly on tarmac with a short track suitable for an ordinary car. The spacious living area has two patio doors opening onto the gardens and terraces

The village : The property is situated close to the lovely mountain village of Competa which has many excellent bars and restaurants, 3 banks, and a variety of small craft shops and small supermarkets. A very pleasant place to spend a morning or an afternoon ambling around, stopping to have a meal or a drink in one of the attractive restaurants.

The area: The property is less than one hours drive from Malaga airport and about 25 mins from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The beautiful Natural park of the Sierra Tejeda is less than 10 minutes drive from the house.
